I like this subway. I’ve pretty much always had a good experience here. One thing I would like to say is, maybe they give their employees a hard time about calling in sick… But employees working with people’s food should be sent home… I remember one time I walk out because the lady making my sandwich was sniffling and turning around to cough the whole time she was making my sandwich. Well next she sneezed right into my sandwich and all the produce in front of here. People. If you are sick and gross, stay home from work!!! We all appreciate it!!!

I am only give me five stars and whoever the guy is working there. It’s nice to have somebody that attitude when are you I just feel like somebody but he made it so pleasant for me. I’m a pretty picky person when it comes to food being made because I cook as well but it’s nice to have good people still around that are just trying to make a quick buck. Thank you whoever you are. Actually thank the manager make my stay in Santa Clarita that much better. I just pray this guy gets paid more than anyone in that store and if not he needs a raise and if that doesn’t work I will be forced to ask him to work where I work guaranteed better pay. Thanks subway

I give a three because the service was good for me but the Flatizza is garbage. Really, the crust is the worst. Too chewy and tough The cheese tastes really low quality.

Horrible service! Went in last night. The two girls at the counter waited at least 3 minutes to finish what they were doing before they decided to acknowledge and greet us. When I got home to eat my sandwich… I tasted nothing but mustard. Very disappointed with this subway. Will definitely be taking my service elsewhere.

Terrible experience. My wife and I and 2 year old son were in line to order. Some guy walked in an motioned towards one of the employees. an older hispanic lady that wouldn’t make eye contact with me. He must have been her buddy or something. The guy didn’t seem to have any shame in cutting in front of a family with a small kid and then began asking for obscene amounts of mayonnaise and chipotle. He kept saying mo mayonnaise. When we finally got someone to help us the guy seemed out of it and had issues communicating. We come here once a week and have never been so disappointed in a Subway visit. You lost our business and you should lose your jobs.

I came here for dinner last night on the way home from hanging out with friends. I looked around, and settled on the «5.00 sub of the month», the pepperoni meatball sandwich. It was quite tasty! The guys were friendly, and courteous. They made me my sub, we chit-​chatted about stuff, and I left in about 5 – 10 minutes. It was a pretty good experience overall. Good job Subway, you’ve done it again.

This is hands down the best Subway in Santa Clarita. My boyfriend and I drive across the valley from Valencia to eat here. The service is always fantastic here. The food is actually fresh AND they don’t treat you like you’re a bother like so many other fast food places.
