Sam, the owner, who I have dealt with for years has zero business ethics. He first off sent me to collections for $ 1.10 without even contacting me and and letting me know I had a fine far a late movie return. Second, I rented a movie which was scratched and brought it back the same day and his response was that he had to check it himself and he would not reimburse me anything until checking himself. I have been a great customer yet he still chose to question my integrity. I will never go back and I recommend people go to redbox instead because it’s not worth the hassle or disrespect.

Love this guy! He’s been in this same spot over 15 years I think… We come here 3 – 4 times a week. He has great prices and is super helpful and funny. :) got all the super hero movies (Thor, Spider-​Man, green lantern, avengers, iron man, captain America and so on) also just finished the 2 new Star Treks.

What a nice gentleman! Needed a Disney movie for review for a play that my daughter is currently doing for summer camp. Target did not have it. Either did 2 other stores. Unilocal and Video Depot to the rescue. I open up an account and was home in just a few moments. Great service and an inexpensive rental. 5 star service.

I’ve been coming here for years. Its close to my house, and you can rent a dvd for one day and not several days like blockbuster and hollywood video (what am I gonna need it that long for?). The owner Sam (or Samuel to those who know him best) makes me want to come here cuz he is one of the funniest guys on planet earth. plus *cough* they have a large selection of *cough* adults vids too. not that I would know anything about that…
