What a great gem in the Santa Clarita Valley. There’s not much vegetarian options out in that valley… But Long behold there’s a great little spot off the fwy too! That was great. I’m definitely coming back. The Lebanese hash with falafel was delightful!

Such horrible service! Alright this place is called manoushee which is a traditional Lebanese breakfast. I walk in at 1pm and they said it will take them 2 hours to make a couple of them. WTH??? It literally takes no more than 5 minutes for an order like that! Wont be coming back here

This is the best Mediterranean eatery I’ve ever had. Such a gem in this part of town. I went to another Mediterranean place down the street which was total garbage so I’m glad I found this place! Baklavas are heaven… You get one every time you check into Unilocal. Falafel is always spot on. Flavorful and delicious. My boss always gets the beef bowl and loves it

Every time we go to Vasquez Rocks, we stop here on the way. Everything is amazing. Get the hash on any of the pita sandwiches. Messy, but frigging delicious.

Another hidden gem in the heart of Santa Clarita! Had the following for lunch today: chicken schwarma specialty plate: chicken, salad, hummus with pita, and rice. Chicken was juicy and well seasoned, salad and hummus was made fresh, and the rice was your basic rice with subtle seasoning. Falafel Specialty Plate: Had the same sides as above, the Falafel was well made, crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside with a great balance of seasoning. Tzatziki and Hummus sides were very tasty and wonderful. The Lebanese Iced Coffee and Custard Baklava was the icing to the whole experience. You MUST try these if you are sweets lover. We’ll definitely be back here and will be one of my lunch spots on rotation during the work week!

This place is such a cute small restaurant. The owners/workers are Armenian and they are so sweet. I love coming here and getting their boyreg and rose mint lemonade! YUM!

Very glad I found this place via Unilocal! My husband and I were visiting with our Tia in Santa Clarita and were wanting to eat out for lunch. I don’t do meat or dairy so certain places can leave me with very few choices on the menu(ex. Fries or plain ‘ol salad lol) so I decided to look into places that offered a vegan menu. This place popped up so my husband(extreme carnivore!), Tia and myself decided to give it a shot! First, let me begin with service– Awesome! I don’t want to butcher her name so I won’t try lol but it’s a family restaurant and she does it all! She is super sweet and friendly. She showed us her family pictures on the wall and pointed out her grandmother who taught her how to cook! Her cooking is phenomenal! Food-Wow! Tasty! Best Lebanese food I’ve had. Wish I lived closer so I could eat it all up. I ordered a rice bowl the Patata Harra one. It’s Vegan and delicious! My husband had the same but with beef on top. My Tia ordered the falafel plate and loved that as well! Everything here is homemade with the freshest ingredients! Oh and the vegan/vegetarian options are great! And the orange/carrot juice was good:) If you’re in the area come check this place out!

Awesome bakery in the Santa Clarita valley! pretty much any and every Lebanese-Armenian baked good, warm food you could need! The owners are super friendly and nice, always a warm welcome and I love the setting and design of the restaurant this visit I tried the lahmajun which was light, savory, and delicious!

I absolutely love the Chicken Shawarma plate. It’s soooo delicious. The serving is large enough for 2, if need be. I usually split mine in ½ & save the rest for lunch /dinner. The dressing is tangy and herbalicious and their garlic sauce is scrumptious, it pairs oh so well with the pita bread and chicken. If you are in the area, this location is a must try! — Next time I’m gonna try the Lebanese pizza…

Driven by here a few times and decided to give them a try. We had the chicken schwarma and beef schwarma wraps along with a Lebanese iced coffee and the mint rosewater lemonade. All were delicious. The hummus was very good as was the garlic sauce. Think we’ve found a new lunch place.

I randomly picked this place from a top ten restaurant search in canyon country. It was a very small restaurant but it was pretty busy and now I know why. I got the vegetarian plate with two falafel, hummus, pita, rice and salad w/turnips pickled in beet juice on top. These things look weird and are a funky pink color but trust me, they are awesome. I bought a half pint to go from the deli display. I got a free piece of baklavah for checking in from Unilocal and man I am so glad that I did. I got a large piece to go and I enjoyed that so much. Really good baklavah. A must have. Unilocal also has a $ 7 for $ 10 worth of food. You save $ 3. Who wouldn’t want to save money. We will definitely be returning here very soon!

Good God there food is good. I know Unilocal will put this as a tip but I’ve had the chicken and rice too cure New York soul but even the fresh deli items you may purchase to bake later like the the bread stuff with ground beef and spices is amazing! And add some of their garlic spread and dried spices they have. Look times are about to get tough again and it’s nice to see a family business Know! When one should get an extra flatbread for someone. I give it 5 stars for its heart and soul in this day and age. I’ll be back and maybe take pics because I ate my first food too fast.

Yeah so I wasn’t a fan. I ordered the Vegan plate, to go. The only thing that I could finish was the falafels, hummus and a portion of the tabouli. There was some mushy sour stuff in one compartment, that I just did NOT like. On another note the place is crazy expensive. I paid $ 14.xx for 2 falafels, tabouli, hummus, a tablespoon of pickled beets, 2 grape leaves, and the mushy stuff. …At least I tried…

The date of this review is 1÷12÷2016. On my way to Costco, I decided to stop by Man’oushée and have a bite to satisfy the stomach. I choose the thyme or Zaatar wrap. The owner was very cordial and pleasant. My wrap was prepared immediately and served to me in less than 10 minutes. The wrap was very delicious and I could have had another one. I should note that this is not the first time I had food from Man’oushée. My daughter is a regular customer at Man’oushée and she always gets me food. The food has always been delicious and to my likings. However, today was my first time there and I was very pleased and delighted. If I find myself in the area, I will stop by Man’oushée to have a bite.

Went in here with my family Sunday because my sister recommended it and it did not disappoint. The chicken shawarma is some of the best I’ve had in a while. It has a typical price range for this kind of food you would expect. It’s healthy and delicious. I highly recommend you try it out. Service is a little slow but it is understandable because only one person is at the front.

Excellent food. Recommend for breakfast #2 kibbeh which is seasoned ground beef with onion and Lebanese spices. Very friendly people here. Awesome lemonade. Garbanzo bean salad is amazing. What more can I say. Eat here!!!

Very good food. Homemade and rustic. The babaganoush was the best I’ve ever had — it was almost smokey– it was delicious. Awesome grape leaves and great chicken. Only gripes are the pita is made fresh but is made ahead too early for the amount of customers so sometimes it’s stale. Same goes for the falafel. These should be made per order and mine were just about cold and on their way to be dried out. However, the quality of the food is top notch.

I was super excited to try this place out. It was 7pm and was looking for something I could pick up close to home. The Unilocal reviews were great and so were the pictures. I ordered the beef shawarma. It came with white rice topped with the beef, a side of green salad topped with pickled turnips and a side of hummus. The beef was horrible. It was so dry and hard I couldn’t chew it. The few pieces I was able to eat were dry and stale. I’m wondering if it was sitting there and they just warmed it up in the microwave before plating it.

Great place! I stopped over for a quick eat on my way to Mammoth and I was very impressed! I wish this place was closer to LA so I would go their more often. We had the chicken shawarma, and a soujo sandwhich, everything was more than great. The lady at the counter was very nice, and she took my comment heartily when I complemented the food. I’ve lived in the states for 6 years, and always enjoy middle eastern food. This place is one of the best Lebanese restaurants I’ve been to in the states! Highly recommended !

This place has great tasting food and is super affordable. I came here with my family because my Mother was craving shwarma. So i suggested to come to this place. The restaurant itself is small but it has a nice home feel to it. There was also outdoor seating which would be nice for when there is nice whether. I’m not sure what else to write, just go try this place out!

My friends recommended this place to me, and I finally got to try it last night. The food here is SO good! I had the chicken schwarma wrap. My first bite blew me away. The garlic sauce inside made the wrap taste amazing. The pickled turnips and lettuce gave the wrap a nice crunch, and the chicken schwarma was perfectly moist and crispy at the same time. I also had their appetizer assortment that came with baba ghanouj, 3 grape leaves, hummus, and pita bread. The pita bread wasn’t my favorite, but I’m glad that it was served warm. The grape leaves and baba ghanouj were very tasty. Definitely looking forward to ordering the chicken schwarma wrap and trying some of their other dishes when I come back.

This is still one of my favorite spots in Santa Clarita, heck all of Southern California! Stuff is fresh, tasty and healthy. Tried one of the rice bowls today, man is that a big portion for not alot of money and darn tasty. While I was there, somebody else ordered the hash with an egg on top, and it looked amazing, I am definitely trying that next time. The person behind the counter was very nice and I noticed how helpful she was to the other customers coming in while I was there.

Manoushee!!! When i found this joint off Unilocal i was super excited for a couple of reasons… 1. Middle eastern/Lebanese food in the SCV 2. Mom/pop small business 3. Pictures looked amazing 4. Good reviews Let me start off by saying that i eat this kind of food on the daily. Its at every dinner party/gathering/event i go to. Im well aware of how certain foods should taste and look. With that being said… The pita bread is super doughy. I appreciate the fact that its freshly made but to buy them pre made would do you justice! The hummus needs more lemon/garlic(topping it off with allepo pepper or cumin would help! The babaganush needed tartness(lemon) Tabule was ok The baklava is ok The grape leaves could use some tomato paste and lemon.(take out the carrots add more salt and lemon and make sure the rice is well cooked!!!(i had 1 cooked grape leaf and one super dry thick undercooked one) The pickled turnips(if made fresh) need to be a little thicker. I got tooth pick status turnips The batata harra(spicy potato) wrap is ok. Nothing special.(more garlic would help nd a better sauce) The rosewater lemonade is delish but super concentrated and strong! Lebanese foods contain a lot of lemon and garlic! I barley tasted these two ingredients. Sigh.

Literally a Unilocal find because it is hidden in a nondescript strip mall. We were driving back from Riverside and were getting hungry so I did a Unilocal map search. We were headed to a Mexican place but someone had posted they were closed Mondays, so this place popped up and even though it was off the 14 and we were headed up I-5, we took the detour because of all the 5 star ratings. The Unilocal reviews were so right. I had the cardamom rice bowl with light flavorful falafel, lettuce, and tomato which was a tasty combo with sriracha sauce. Our friends enjoyed the potato and falafel meal, and raved about the unique lemonade. This place is a vegetarian’s dream, but my carnivore husband enjoyed his beef shawarma. Even better, the Unilocal check in deal was for free baklava-perfect little honey soaked pastry bites. We loved it so much we ended up buying tzaziki sauce, stuffed grape leaves, and hummus from their deli case to take home. Friendly service too.
