Wish I didn’t have to give this review since we(my bf and I) love this place, but the last two times the service has not been up to par, definitely because the owner wasn’t present since he usually is and when he is my pickup order is always on time(he will give me a realistic time when it will be ready and let me know if they’re busy) this time she told me 15 minutes I show up and I wait at the counter for a good 5 minutes before she helps me, I pay and she tells me they’re a little backed up… so I sit and wait, and wait a little longer, and still wait, look down at my watch and it’s now been close to 30 min past the«15 min» mark, she tells me it’s almost done, so finally she tells me it’s ready, luckily I open up the container and I don’t see what I ordered, I ordered the same thing I always order — gyro chicken combo, which comes with chicken kabob, gyro, rice, salad and fries, inside the box is pita, fries and gyro, okay now I’m pretty damn upset so I take a deep breath and call her over and tell her that my order is wrong, she looks at me like I’m crazy, so I told her everything that’s missing and she said she got confused and apologized, which I appreciated so I didn’t lose my cool as much as I initially wanted to. She said it would only take a few minutes to fix it, at that point if she would have given me a complimentary baklava for the inconvenience I would have been happy, but I didn’t even get utensils, I had to get them myself, ahh. Anyway food is great, I recommend only going when the owner is working though, otherwise you’re going to be waiting a while for your order, and the order may not even be right.

Worst food ever! I do not recommend. The«chicken» kabobs did not look or taste anything like chicken, they looked orange like if food coloring was added. The texture was grainy somewhat like chorizo. The beef resembled beef but tasted nothing like it also; just a blend of meet leftovers or something. The only good thing there were the nice paintings on the wall.

Read the reviews on Unilocal and was in the mood for chicken kabobs. My husband and I ordered two chicken kabob plates $ 8.95 each we went to pay and had to leave a tip. Yes, a tip because their was no bypass button. Our order was ready and the cashier didn’t bring it to our table. We asked for garlic butter but received Garlic mayo. The portion of chicken was very small and the chicken looked liked it had been cooked and then slobbered with some type of orange sauce not charred. Very disappointing dinning experience.

Love the Tri-tip and chicken shawarma combo! Yummy! Good and quick service. Can catch up on the local news via the newspapers in magazine rack while waiting for the food. Tomato and cucumber salad is yummy. Tabouleh is good too. Rice is fragrant.

Stopped by here on the way home from the Gibbon Conservation Center. I’m vegetarian and got the falafel sandwich which was very good. The falafel was perfectly fried and the Tahini sauce was delish.

Love this spot. The owner is always there and is awesome!!! There is something for everyone here… vegan, vegitarian, meat eaters… You will all love it here! Good for dine in or take out. You wont be disappointed in anything you get. I get the vegan plate(Make sure to say no cheese) and hubby gets their steak… very tender! Will definatly return.

I often order for pickup. The chicken Kabob with the Mediterranean salad and rice is excellent! My 16 year old boy even loves the salad and devours it. This is not fast food so you better call 15 to 20 minutes ahead of you are in a rush.

I love tea pot café It’s fun energetic clean and the staff are amazing. I’ve had the chili Soup and it was so good. I love this little place. I met the owners and they are lovely. Young moms can come with their friends, let their children play in the play area while they enjoy time socializing with friends, know their kids are safely looked after. What a great little place in Santa Clarita. I love you Tea Pot Café. Mrs. Oliver

Went on Saturday and 4 customers were picking up orders to go. I had the Gyro and fries plate. Meat was decent. It comes with a cucumber dip which was tasty. Fries are good. I plan on getting the shawarma plate next time. Family owned business with mom dad n son was there. Clean eating area, good for toddlers, and self serve refills. 2 gyro with fries n drink combo came out to $ 16 and change. I plan to return and try it all. Worth checking out. Pics of next visit will b posted. Portions are normal …

Mmmmmm sooooo yummy! Love love love the gyros. It is so delicious, and the Greek salad is so refreshing on a hot afternoon. I tried this place out, because I just moved around the corner from here and I will definitely be returning very often. Great food, excellent pricing and awesome service.

Out of all the greek places in the area, this place is by far the best one. I generally get the same thing here and its always good. The lamb is always good! Not that it matters but the pita bread is just the standard you would find. I like me bread but not really a fan of the stuff u find in stores. Service is very fast and you get a lot of food! This place is definitely a hidden gem.

I tried this place for the first time tonight. Have to say I’m very disappointed. They were very nice on the phone when I ordered for pickup. I asked for some extra kebobs and when I picked up the order, the woman said they were on the bottom. After driving 15 min home, I found no extra kebobs. And the kebobs I did get were the smallest pieces of meat I’ve ever seen. I called and they apologized but was only offered store credit or I could drive out myself. Seriously?! First of all, I’m not interested in store credit because this is the last time I’m ordering from them. If you mess it up you shouldn’t ask your customer to come back. After getting irate the woman said she will come out after the store closes to drop off the food. But I shouldn’t have to get irate! After eating the food, I think I’ll stick to Sam’s Flaming Grill. The food isn’t bad but it’s not great. All that for meh food. Disappointing.

All items on the menu are under $ 11 and if you like to eat kabobs, you know that pricing is good. I like the fact that the owner is there and running things. The restaurant is clean and well kept. The food is good for the price. I had the chicken kabob plate with salad, yogurt, and chopped cucumbers, tomato, and mint. Not bad for $ 7.95. The food is not salty at all and I prefer that since I’m limiting my sodium intake. Was it bad? No. Was it the best? No, but our whole family ate fresh and lean kabobs for under $ 30 and that was nice. Other places would have charged upwards to $ 60 for all four of us. First experience was good. We will be back and we will definitely order from here again.
