Lorraine is by far the best nail artist I have been to. Her creations are 2^nd to none. I never know what I am going to get but I am never disappointed. The atmosphere in the shop is laid back and welcoming.

I won a gift certificate to Letting Go Salon so decided to call for an appointment for my mani/pedi. I was able to come in today and Michelle was just great. She explained all my options and I decided to upgrade to a gel manicure. I love that Michelle took her time to make my pampering perfect. Regarding the pedicure, I had my choice of two kinds: cappuccino or lemon mint. I chose the lemon mint and it was great. My husband needed his hair cut so Johanna cut it and even trimmed my son’s hair also. I am so happy that I have finally found my nail salon. Thanks Michelle!

I understand we’re in an economic downfall, but the salon was FILTHY. I WILL NOT be going there again in it’s current state. The inside needs to be cleaned badly. Simple things like decluttering, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, wiping it down, etc is a good place to start. I could not believe the filth. It is obvious that health code inspectors (do they have those for nail salons?) have not been there in a while. Yuck.

Love love love my nails. Walked in and was lucky enough to be seen right away. Everyone was super friendly. Comfortable atmosphere. Paid a lil more then what I am use to paying but I’ve a also never had a set like this so it’s worth the extra $. Use to getting white tip with designs. I got clear tip with this amazing glitter tip. Def am going back!
