After years as a loyal tech customer, I took a part-time position here to help fund my gadget addiction & create an opportunity to network with people in the community within another niche I’m fairly savvy in. I’ve always had great buying experiences at this store as a customer, and over the last year of working alongside the staff, I can’t say enough about the enthusiasm & genuine willingness to assist people with technology concerns that I’ve witnessed from the employees at this location.

I have purchased a new car stereo and Asus laptop in the last year. Both times I have received excellent guest services. Upon deciding to purchase my car stereo I arrived at the store I spend a great deal of time waiting for assistance. The service makes up for most of that. I always get help and they are still kind if I spent more time comparison shopping and leave empty handed.

I was helped as I entered the department I wanted to make a purchase from. The gentleman who helped me was friendly and seemed very sincere. He explained how some equipment worked, and was respectful and clear. He was patient and thanked me, as well.
The items I purchased were exacly what I needed.
The store was clean. There was lots of parking.
This was the second time I shopped at this store. Both times were very enjoyable.
