Denny’s

This was the WORST Denny’s I have ever been to in my life. It took 1 hour 40 minutes for food to arrive at my table. When I asked to speak to the General Manager he came out to the table but was rude and condescending. It was Christmas Day so they were the only place open which he was quick to point out. He asked me, well what do you want me to do. I asked for a comp of some kind. His response was, so that’s what you want. I said I also wanted the name and number of his manager. This guy had absolutely no idea how to build community goodwill with all the customers who most likely new customers. He easily could have been walking the floor, proactively apologizing to his patrons for the unexpected long wait. He was terrible and so was the food. When I finally got it (chicken salad sandwich with fresh fruit), the toast was burnt.

In the meantime eating anything else has been really bad. Everything tastes of dirty grill and dirty firer.

Poor service. We waited 20 minutes for our water; still didn’t receive it. They are more worries about their social life than their valid customers. 1 star.

First of all, they still allow smoking in here. Nasty! Second, you don’t eat at Denny’s you end up at Denny’s after an all night bender. It’s the only way the food is tolerable. Slathered in painted on butter. Barely clean tables. Wait staff was very good but the kitchen took forever. Yes, they were busy on a Saturday morning but I feel that should be something they plan on.

I love coming here for the all you can eat pancakes at one o clock in the morning. The servers seem very friendly and fun especially when they get a little. Un sober persom like I am when i go there.

Worst Denny’s I’ve ever been to. More than a half hour to get our food even though it wasn’t even one quarter full. Noticed other patrons having to wait. Had to ask for coffee refill even after waitress said she’d bring some. No strawberries on waffle when served because they were still thawing. At least they took it off the bill and then cut another ~50 percent off at the register.

For the hour that my group was sitting at Dennys, our drinks only were refilled once, our food was cold when it finally arrived, we had to ask a busboy for our to go containers, and and there were roaches in the lobby. We won’t be returning.

Service was fast. Employees were very friendly. The restaurant was clean.
The food was okay. The turkey was good. The Pecan Pie was acceptable. The food was served hot.

Must say, dont get your hopes up too high. It is exactly what you would expect from a Denny’s.
