Ok, I can’t disagree with anything the previous reviewer wrote — it’s all accurate, and there’s often a cover charge for truly awful music — but what they neglect to say is the bartenders kick ass and they pour the best drinks in Cape.

Washington, DC
If sleazy, underage, drunk girls are your thing then this might be your spot.
If you want to see the people who did nothing but party both in and after high school, only now with more weight then this also might be your spot.
The one plus I suppose would be that if you REALLY like gin you can buy it in a bucket…
