Try to support local businesses. Have purchased a few items here in the past year while renovating. Have some interesting hard to find items so is usually first place I go to. Bought product from another ace further north. When I purchased it I asked cashier if I could return it to another store if it wasn’t what was needed for project. She said of course. Product wasn’t right size so went to return it to this local store. Was refused by cashier who told me they already had one on shelf so she couldn’t accept another. WHAT??? The store is limited to only one package of 6 strand twisted wire? It’s not like there is a big customer base this time of year and now they’ve lost us. There are several other independent similar stores. A little further then the house but they will now be our go to places. This ace is really sub par.
