Nice clean store with friendly staff(with the exception of one young lady at the paint counter). Very well organized and neat store. My biggest dislike is the fact that no matter what big items I need(countertops, tile, etc), they are out of the size or quantity that I need. Very frustrating considering that big box stores like Home Depot put many mom & pop stores out of business, then don’t maintain decent inventory.

Don’t buy a hand truck here. We did and it didn’t last. Used it about 5 times and now one tire won’t hold air. Unfortunately it was more than 90 days ago. So Joe says we have to buy a new tube. Then instead of helping us, he takes a phone call and helps another customer while he makes us wait. They don’t stand behind there product and the service was terrible. Cindy at the service desk came to our rescue and gave us the tube at no cost. Thanks Cindy!

I only wanted to exchange two defective Ryobi batteries my elderly mom bought for me for Christmas and it was just was so wrong on Home Depot’s part(after just over a year they stopped holding a charge usually last 5 — I know very well and warranty is 3yrs). I am so disappointed with the actions of this store’s Associate Manager J. and B. from Customer Service that I will return every thing I have purchased to rebuild the older home I have in FL. Everything I heard from either one of them was contradictory. It was a Christmas gift and she had to beg someone to shop for her, she paid cash, HD policy, no receipt, no return, no original packaging — no help. I was given their graciousness of one battery exchange, but the guy who handled it treated it like they were doing me a favor«you know we are going to lose $ 50 over this» I know that they refurbish old batteries, so that is not true, and the one I had to give them was like brand new, so don’t throw dirt on my tent and tell me it is raining. They also told me you cannot even register batteries for the warranty unless purchased with other tools. I have used their products(Ryobi from HD) for over 15 years and easily have spent well over 10K at HD, never had trouble. I literally rebuilt a three story 1895 built house from the ground up using Ryobi products from Home Depot. One little glitch and they cry poor boy over $ 50 I am disgusted. They lost my business for life. They have no idea how much revenue they just lost.

The staff here is amazing and caring! We will drive out of our way to visit this store instead of the one in our town for the mere reason they can answer our questions and help us solve problems! kudos to the ladies in management at this store they are very knowledgeable in all areas! Thanks Jennifer

Bad business. If you’ve ever had your washing machine break down and you have kids, you need a new one right away! Found one that we wanted at this store and applied for credit. After getting approved for credit, picking out the washer, and getting ready to go, we were told that the washer would not be delivered for 3 days! The salesman told us that we could not have the floor model because then they would be accused of «Bait and switch.» Having a sale, yet not having the model available to view. I asked for the manager and although she did ask the salesman why we couldn’t have it, we not only left without a washer, but we made the manager cancel the newly opened credit card as well. Unbelievable. I called Lowe’s from in front of Home Depot an was assured that I could take home any washer I wanted THATDAY, even the floor models! Don’t waste your time at this Home Depot, unless you don’t really need it for a week.

Par for the course. Everyone I met seemed willing and eager to help. Thorough and helpful staff in the ceiling fan department. Great nursery section.
