Started going here after a bad experience at another self service car wash in capitola and honestly I really like this one. Simple $ 1 token system and good equipment. That said I haven’t had an issue yet so I don’t know how responsive ownership is. That’s ultimately the mark of a great self service car wash. For now, I’m happy.

I use this car wash often and usually have no problems. On 1÷1÷2014, however, I had an issue with the rinse mode. I called the owner today and she thanked me for letting her know about the problem and insisted that I give her my name and address so she could refund the cost of the wash. Great customer service!

Been coming for years. Everything always works… and it just got a remodel in 2012 to most components. Has a wash, a vacuum center, change machine.
I hardly ever have to wait… and there are stores nearby in case you need or want something.

I parked my car for a minute to pick up something, and the owner of this car wash came up to my car window and said rudely «there is no parking here». In my opinion, he is a very unprofessional business owner and I will take my business elsewhere.
