I went in there trying to get a new phone for my T mobile plan but the phone I wanted was out of stock, so I left and walked out of the mall unaware that there was a Tmobile store in the same mall! The douche-​bag sales associate didn’t tell me even though he knew he didn’t have what I wanted. That is unacceptable. I might stop by in the future if I need a phone card, but I will never go there again for any serious shopping.

Literealy ran out of T-​Mobile in the mall after they told us about a phone they only had one left of and it was a 30 minute one time offer. We then went straight to Best Buy Mobile, they were so helpful! Miquelle was so helpful in getting us the phone we needed. This place has awesome customer service and I would recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a new phone! Thanks guys!!!
