Lucky

I REALLY wish I got names, but honestly, everyone was wonderful! I called Monday afternoon (2÷1÷16) inquiring about Lucky’s fried chicken. The woman at the deli was very kind and patient. I even said I would have to call back and she said she looked forward to hearing from me. I did call back and placed an order for 75 pieces of chicken to be picked up the next day at 11:30 a.m. When I called back, she was every bit as nice as the first call.
I then came in the next day at 11:10 a.m. and the man behind the counter was very nice when he told me the last one was almost done. That was okay because I had other things I had to get. At one point, an aisle narrowed down. An employee, pushing a large pallet of merchandise, and I were coming to the opening at the same time. He pushed his pallet out of the way and stepped aside to let me through!
I then went to the produce section and the employee in produce made eye contact, smiled and said, «Good morning.» I went back to the deli and the man there literally carried the boxes of chicken to my cart! THEN, I got in the checkout line and the woman at the register was so friendly and kind, and even reminded me that my soda was under the cart! THEN the courtesy clerk, smiled a genuine smile, made eye contact and asked me pleasantly if I wanted bags (yes, please) and would I like help out with my cart, but very nicely like she meant it.
This was the first time I’ve shopped at this store. I usually go to the larger competitor on 41^st Ave and put up with the rudeness and customer disrespect thinking all stores are the same. Well I was wrong. The woman on the phone, the man at the deli, the employee with the pallet, the produce man, the cashier, and the courtesy clerk were all genuinely kind, friendly and very helpful. AND the friend chicken was the best my coworkers and my family have ever had! My daughter even asked, «Can we go to them from now on for friend chicken?» «OF COURSE!»
Lastly, their prices are less expensive than the competitor down the street and you don’t need a club card to get the sale price. (Don’t shop at the competitor without a club card or you’ll pay out the… well…you get the idea). I’m going to shop there again, and if it’s this good again, they will be my new grocery store.

I have been going to this store for some time. The lady’s that work the registers are very good at what they do.
I do want to single out one person, Ethan. He is a bagger and general all-​around guy. I have seen him do just about every job .
He is super nice always has a smile and is always working never slowing down. He always says hello and asks how I am. He never misses a chance to ask if I need help out.
As someone who thrives on customer service he should be thanked daily for his friendliness and good attitude and top notch customer service. Well done Ethan your smile and friendliness makes me come back here even if the lines get a little long.
