Plaza Shell and Food Mart

Let me start out by saying I am a disabled. Sitting in my car, I look just fine, but I can barely walk, and it is painful to do so. It is required by law that as long as There are 2 or more employees working, and you have a disabled Packard one is supposed to shop for you in the store, and pump your gas, etc.
I have in the past been helped as I needed, and the workers generally have been pretty helpful. Over the last few months, they have had trouble getting/​keeping employees. I doubt any have been fully trained, because when I ask for help I usually get an attitude, or denied. Over the last 2 weeks, they have hired an employee that not only is hard to get help from. And he gives abuse throughout. He states that he is disabled also, although I can not see any problem when he walks it moves about. He keeps accusing me a faking to the point I was in tears the last time I went there.
Bottom line is there is a sign posted over each pump, and at the door to the store stating the law. If this guy truely has mobility issues, he clearly has the wrong job, and it still gives him no right to through abuse at customers, asking for service.

Serious car damage from their car wash accompanied by the rudest manager ever. Will never be going back, don’t risk your personal property with their poorly maintained equipment.

NOTICE: OCTOBER 13^th, 2012 CAR WASH PATRONS
If you took your car through the car wash on Saturday, October 13^th, 2012 and your car was damaged, YOU ARE NOT ALONE!
I know of three instances of damage happening to peoples cars on this date. The station wants to accept no responsibility. Plus, they knew it was damaging cars and continued to keep it open for at least two hours (that I personally know of).
Please leave a message here if your car was damaged too. We have a lawsuit if they refuse to pay for damages.
