710 moved from its usual spot, but its still the same great store and SIU Alumni Association Life members get 20% of purchases. I always buy way to much SIU apparel when I come here, but can a Saluki really have to much SIU apparel, lol.

Best place to get your books and all SIU gear. Don’t bother with the university bookstore in the student center or universitees on the strip.

Great selection of college (specifically SIU) clothing and merch. I think it’s a bit expensive, but the shirts, sweats, jackets, and other swag is top quality, so you do get what you pay for. Staff is friendly and helpful too. No stop to C’dale would be complete without stopping in to 710. Even if you don’t buy anything, it’s still worth it to stop in and browse.

I never bothered with University Bookstore, so keep that in mind. The thing was — I never had to. I think I went there once my entire tenure at SIU, and that was to get my cap & gown for commencement. 710 has everything you need, and if they run out of the text, they’ll get it in eventually. They are the one-​stop shop basically for all supplies or SIU apparel. Parking can be a bit tedious, and the lines can be long. Don’t expect to get much back for used books, maybe $ 10-​$ 20 per, but I have no complaints with this spot.
