Delish 7 Spice Grill

This place may not look like much from the outside (or inside), but it’s one of the better eateries in Carbondale! It’s Chipotle-​style with burrito bowls, tacos, quesadillas, etc. and they have a $ 5 menu deal that is super affordable.
They season things nicely and use fresh herbs, which I appreciate a lot. I’ve had the same server each time and she’s great too. All around, I’ve had great experiences for super cheap food! I think a little rebranding would go a long way for them.

Really good food for a very reasonable price. Their lunch bowls are amazing and you get so much food for just $ 5! Great place to eat. I definitely recommend Delish.

Probably my favorite go to place for food when I eat out in Carbondale. I am a little bit conscious about nutrition and really picky about what I eat probably because my mom is an awful good cook. This place is like a more authentic and fresher version of Chipotle. They have the bar with the the salsas, vegetables, meats, cheeses, beans, etc. for the tacos/​burritos/​bowls so you can pick out what you like. They cook all the meat fresh right after you order it, which is a plus. Some of the things on the menu are just incredible. I mean they are astonishingly good for something hardly reviewed on Unilocal before. The pollo loco was pretty great as I remember. The fajita was a miss for me though. Tortas, great. Burrito bowls are hearty and fresh, my go to. Staff is also super nice. What’s not to like? I really hope this place takes off and they get the attention I feel they deserve.
Plus, they have an Indian grocery store with a whole bunch of really neat things you can browse through while they cook your food. Not to mention there’s also Indian food on the menu.
Prices are great all around. They are pretty varied but have several different specials everyday so you can be budget conscious.

Waiting for the place to open at on 10÷11÷14 at 11am. Will update review after eating. And… it never opened.
