Jerry’s Flower Shoppe

Sent the wrong flowers to my recipient on the wrong day. After calling this store the woman said everything to me except that they would get my recipient the right flowers.
You would think they would update their online site with accurate information about which bouquets are in stock fully, because these are purchases over $ 65 regularly that would make a great deal of difference to the customer when they spend that amount or greater only to get an entirely different order.
I would not recommend this shop to someone else after something like this. At least the wrong flowers looked passable.

Jerry has done a lovely job on flowers for me on two occasions, one impromptu in-​store purchase and one phone order for a birthday delivery. Both times the service was as exceptional as the flowers. It’s true that I balked a bit at the prices (in a past life I got spoiled with my local florist’s ridiculously low rates) but let me say this: IT IS WORTH IT! My husband sent me photos of the birthday delivery bouquet when it arrived – lovely – and 6 days later – still lovely! Does that mean they were especially fresh to begin with? Or does Jerry wave a magic wand over them before sending them out with the accommodating and polite driver? It may never be known… But what’s sure is that I am hooked on Jerry’s flowers!

What a great place!
My wife is not feeling well while on her vacation in Carbondale (we live in Austin) and I wanted to send her some flowers. I was about to purchase some flowers through 1800flowers or something similar but remembered to check Unilocal,and I was glad I did. Those big places had a lot of nasty reviews. I decided that really, there is NO reason not to call a local flower shop, especially with Unilocal as a resource.
I don’t know her name, but the woman I talked to was very helpful, especially for a man with almost no knowledge of flowers. Basically, I picked a price, $ 50 sounded like a good number, and she hit up my credit card and started cutting up some flowers right away. At first I expected her to have some options, like «you can get a 20 oz green vase with 5 roses, a couple tulips and a yadayada for $ 44.95» but she informed me after some silence on my end that there were no «boxed» deals. I was glad about that. I’m no flower expert, but SHE is, so I was happy to let her do the picking.
She got the flowers to my wife in about 2 hours time from our phone call. I couldn’t be happier; the arrangement was wonderful. And NO assembly required like 1800flowers. Why would I send my sick wife a box of flowers that needed to be trimmed and arranged by hand? I PAID for that. And it was CHEAPER this way!

Jerry’s Flowers just completed our wedding and did a wonderful job. They were attentive, customized selections to fit in our budget, were very easy to work with, and completed a wonderful end product. They even offer delivery and set up which made it so we didn’t have to do a thing concerning the flowers on our big day.
I was very impressed with our bridal party bouquets and the centerpieces we ordered. They even added in special peacock feathers to go with our theme to all of our flower arrangements. Again, the end result was great and we had no issues at all with the flowers for the wedding.
I would recommend Jerry’s to anyone looking to have flowers done in the C’dale area. Great service and a wonderful result.
