Go somewhere else to get stuff notarized. The notary blandly informed me that they don’t notarize documents on their face, but instead provide you with a form approved by the notary association and that this was fine. I called the New York pension company who required the notarized documents and they immediately told me this would be unacceptable. The notary refused to notarize the document in the space provided on the document saying she would only use her own form. I believe that she lacked the intelligence to read and evaluate the notary text on my document, or perhaps was too lazy to read it. I did not share this conclusion with her, but cautioned her strongly on advising people that using her form instead of the space provided on the document was okay. It emphatically is not okay, especially for out of state documents. Later on that day I was in Mira Mesa and I called Dan Higgins, a real notary. He read my documents and notarized them properly for ten bucks.

PostalAnnex charges $ 0.15 per page if you wanna print in black & white… which is not bad…, HOWEVER in order to print a page, you would have to get it out of your USB, or CD by using their computer,
which will cost you $ 1, or even $ 2 !!
Basically this business will charge you $ 1.15 or more just for 1 (ONE) page in black & white !

Ive went in a couple times because its convenient. Every time the older woman with glasses is so rude. She talks down to you if you dont understand how to box up your own package or if you dont bring your own tape with you when its a return. I understand that they wont make money on the return, but really? Buy my own strip of tape? Couldnt they be kind enough to supply one strip of tape in hopes of keeping the customer satisfied so they return and pay for other services? Im only writing this because they have been rude to me three times now. Cant just be a bad day.

This was a classic case of not trusting Unilocal when I should have. With only two stars, I figured what could be so bad about a printing store?
After using the self-​service computer to print a couple pages, I went to check out. When I tried to use my debit card, the clerk informed me that there was a $ 5 minimum for credit card purchases. After contemplating on whether it was worth it to spend an extra $ 4 on something I didn’t need or venture back out to find an ATM, I decided to go with the latter. Before leaving, I mentioned this to the owner (I assume her name is Joye based on the other reviews about her) that I was from out of town and that posting the store’s credit card policy online would be appreciated. She immediately became defensive and extremely rude. After shrugging, she more or less told me that there was nothing she could do about it. She made me feel uncomfortable by implying that I should have been aware of the store’s policy, despite being from out of town. I was not impressed. I plan on sticking with UPS and FedEx from now on.

Good location and convenient. Absolutely horrible service and rude staff. Will take my business elsewhere.

So easy because its in the Seaside shopping center, but only go in there if I need to drop off mail. Refuse to give them my money. The girls that work there are rude every time I go in there. The kicker is that my husband is the GM of a very well known local business that does a lot of printing through them, and they LOVE him, but even if I go in with him, they are nice to him and rude to me. Us women need to stick together girls! I don’t know what their deal is…

I have been going to this business for years. I have always had a nice experience.

I get it. You don’t make money on the one occasional package that customers drop off at your store for FedEx pick up. But maybe you could have the vision that by being nice to your customers, we would come and pay for all the services you offer.
Currently I would rather drive 4 miles out of my way for shipping and notary services, rather than be exposed to the bad human energy of this store.

The reviews on here are correct– the owner is rude, rude rude! Give your business to someone else! it’s not worth it!

Just a quick confirmation that the customer service here is still as bad as it can get — no smiles, no patience, etc. Amazing that they are still in operation.

HORRIBLE customer service. I have never once had friendly service. I don’t even get why people go there they have a limited to no selection when it comes to products and the place is way overpriced. My favorite is the mark up on stamps, especially since there is a post office across the street. Like really?
If you can help it take your business somewhere else where they deserve it.

I am in this location at least once a week. From shipping back RA’s and gifts or printing out and binding proposals for my business they are always extremely friendly and fast. I started coming here about 2 years ago and they have never failed me. Prices are very reasonable and service is excellent. Always expect a familiar face and someone willing to help. I cant imagine anyone having a bad word to say about the ladies here.

I’ve been using this PostalAnnex for the past 10 years and have never had a problem!
The girls there are always pleasant to work with and have all been there for quite a while, which really says something about a company that can keep its employees. With all the customers they have, I can still go in there and they will know my name and spark up a conversation that we had weeks ago. To me that is personal and great customer service.
The owner can be a bit tough sometimes, but that’s just how she is. She’ll give it to you straight, no sugar coating. If you can’t handle it, well too bad.
Yes, they do have a surcharge on regular mail and postage, but I’m willing to pay it just so that I don’t have to waste my time standing in line at the Post Office (which is located right behind them just in case I wanted to). I mean really, time is money! I will pay for the convenience, thank you very much! The also have UPS and FedEx.
They have some of the best cards around too. Always just what I need for every occasion. Some of my favorites are blank photo cards of Cardiff by a local artist Jaysun McMillin.
All in all, this is the place to go for my business needs. They provide so many services, its definitely a «One Stop Shop.»

we have been using this place for over 5 years, as it is the closest location to our home. everyone there knows us, if not by name, by face. the staff is great, friendly, professional, speedy, no problem there. however, the owner is unbelievably rude. we had our worst and last experience this week with her and i can honestly say that we are DONE. i’ll drive a few extra blocks to the next postal annex rather than give them another dollar of our business.
