Shawn Bengtson is the definition of ‘Good People’. He genuinely cares for his clients and does right by them. He has a strong work ethic, is highly intelligence and has positive outlook on life and business. I hired Shawn as my real estate agent to help me short sale my house. He counseled me every step of the way and facilitated all of the communication between the lender and me. I never felt out of the loop at all throughout the process and during a time in life when anxiety was at a maximum, Shawn stepped in and made the home selling/​short sale process stress-​free and fair to all parties. Before Shawn Bengtson was my real estate broker, he was my mortgage broker on 3 different occasions. As a result of having witnessed and been the beneficiary of his business savvy and real estate knowledge during those deals, he was the only real estate professional I considered when it was time to sell my condo in Carlsbad.

I can’t say enough about Shawn and the incredibly professional and positive experience it has been working with him. We recently moved into our dream home and Shawn was there every step of the way. I’m not super into writing reviews but I do believe in giving credit where credit is due. Not to sound cliché, but Shawn and Shoreline have become more than just Real Estate business to our family. We contact them for any of our needs in regards to real estate and its now like picking up the phone and talking to an old friend. The office is AMAZING and I especially like the complimentary Nespresso every time I stop by the office (If you like Seaside Market you are in «the area» a LOT).
