My star count isn’t about the product, the store, associates or co-​managers. My experience has been great my only complaint lies with the store manager, Janet. The last time I was at the store I worked with a lovely associate and had a great checkout experience until I saw Janet berate her co — manager. It was not very nice and dis respectful to her co manager and awkward for all those who witnessed.
The store is gorgeous the products great but the store manager isn’t.

To be fair, I’m not a huge fan of Pier 1, but my mother-​in-​law is so we’ve been there a few times. I am mostly writing because of one of the associates, Susan. She was so helpful to us. I had my son in his stroller, and my mother-​in-​law was using her walker, and Susan came up to help us and was just so accommodating, knowledgable, and kind. I will shop here again because she made me feel like a valued customer instead of an inconvenience. Also, my mother-​in-​law got a gorgeous desk for a reasonable price, and I got a few Valentine’s Day treats that were cute.
