OWNER IS V RUDE AND CUNNING I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS SALON AGAIN HORRIBLE COUSTOMER SERVICE … got my manicure and spa pedicure done today, pedicure was done in hurry as they had customers waiting … i wanted to do nail art the owner showed me the color and I picked the color. While doing the manicure I saw the color she showed me was different when I asked her about it she pretended not to understand and she spoke in Chinese to the workers and started laughing which was v RUDE… I gave 10 percent tip even though I hated the service… THE OWNER DEMANDED 15 PERCENT TIP… as she is paying the workers less and they work for tip. She has Very bad” attitude «and is rude to customer… She was sitting next to me and did not move I gave her the tip money and she got it and left the place… very cheap attitude …

I love it here. Very relaxing, really cute inside with huge comfortable massage chairs, and it’s always spotlessly clean. They have new color options for gel all the time.
Last month, I smashed one of my acrylic nails back into the nail bed. The result was gory looking and really painful. Katrina sat with me for what must have been 2.5−3 hours soaking off the busted tip and filing it down with an emery board little by little. The customer service is great. Everyone who I’ve worked with has been friendly and meticulous. My nails always look great!

Wow. I’ve been coming to polish couture because they are reasonably priced and have many colors. However, their quality has been continuously decreasing and today it just went to a whole other level.
They never appreciate your business. They are also very cunning. They think I don’t see them putting nail polish remover in their nail polishes to try to fix the messed up nail polishes but I do, and I also know that when you do that, you should be applying more coats to the nail because otherwise, the nail polish chips off easily, which is exactly what happened.
Today, I went to go get my nails done. The girl did a horrible job and I refused to tip her, while normally I always give a tip. As I was leaving the girl goes you forgot to tip me. I was appalled. I wanted to say you didn’t deserve a tip but I felt embarrassed and gave her a tip even though she didn’t deserve it. How dare you? You get a tip when you do a decent job, otherwise I am sorry but you don’t. You don’t deserve it. She also didn’t massage my neck, but she did it for the other clients. Am I not a person too? I am done with this place. I am never sending my clients here ever again. Time to find a new place which treats their customers better.
I do not recommend this place. Spend your money elsewhere.

Love Katrina she is so talented. She can create any nail art you ask for. Always up to date with nail trends. Katrina and staff are Super friendly !

worse mani-​pedi ever the guy had no idea what he was doing woman came over to redo and gave me quick dry which it isn’t hour later my nails smudged… said they’d give me a refund and didn’t!!! so would not refer anyone there…

Wow! I have been getting pedicures in California for years and this place beats them all. It wasn’t crowded. I did the honey and lemon pedicure for $ 29. The massage was sooo good I was totally rejuvenated. And, surprise I got a neck massage as my toes dried. Too bad these guys aren’t in California!

Went here for the first time today. Very empty, but It was Father’s Day so that’s expected.
I will say that it was very clean in here. My pedicure was very relaxing, I selected the lemon honey pedicure which the sign said was $ 29. My pedicure came out good.
I was going to get a gel manicure but I didn’t really care for the color selection they had. They had «gelish» brand gel nail polish.
I went for a regular manicure and got an extra vinyl (something) top coat for an extra $ 1.50 to make my manicure last longer. She charged me $ 25.50 for everything and I was like is that for the pedicure too? And she said yes. I was confused but of course wasn’t going to argue about the cheaper price.
I wasn’t super happy with the manicure as there was bubbles once it dried and I also smudged it once or twice trying to reset the hand and feet dryers, the button is under a shelf and I should have been more careful.
Not a bad experience, very clean but wouldn’t go out of my way to go there again.

Wanted to try a new nail salon once again and this one is local to my job. Walked in and there was only 2 people getting pedicures. This place is very small with minimum staff. I asked about the different pedicure options and the owner i’m assuming was very nice and explained each one and the differences. The lady who did my pedicure was very gentle but I felt like she was beign watched by the lady in charge. The message was alright, worse was that my toes are filed uneven. I asked to have a 10 min back massage and the lady I’m assuming asked if it’s okay because she said okay I can do it … I wasn’t asking if she could just if I could have one. It seemed like she was just bored rubbing my back. For the 40 $ i paid not including tip. I wanted to be relaxed. not rushed or felt like a burden.

Been here a few times. The place is newly renovated, very friendly staff. It is very clean and have a lot of Essie nail polish colors to chose from.

I got dragged to Rei by my fiancé but luckily I saw this nail salon so I decided to get a manicure rather than die being bored at a sports store.
Worth it! The girl who did my nails was Mei. She was gentle, focused, and very meticulous. She spent a long time on my cuticles compared to other places who are more focused on the quickness of the visit. I came on a saturday and noticed how hidden this place was. I was tired of waiting forever for a manicure at the salons on bell blvd.
Whenever I come to Long Island and get dragged to a sports store, I will def come here for Mei’s manixures!
