This is a great family owned and run butcher in Carle Place. The quality of the meat is excellent and the customer service is even better. If you need special orders, they are more than accommodating.

I hated my experience at the butcher place. I usually go there for the fresh cut meat. However, I went in on a Sunday afternoon, ordered a wrap with grilled chicken, it was slopped together, the men were rude & grouchy. I will never go there again. I gave 2 stars because the woman at the counter was the only one who had manners.

Exactly what we were looking for! Johann and his team are very helpful and assisted us with a beef cut that other shops didn’t want to do.
The hot lunch servings are full of flavor and are affordable.
We will definitely be back soon– and often!

I had my daughter’s baby shower, about 40 people, catered by the Butcher Place, it was wonderful. The service and set up was provided, they were right on time and set the food out. The hot dishes were delicious and the platters, meat/​cheese/​vegetables/​fruit were so beautifully arranged. The coldcuts and cheeses were choice, the vegetables and fruit crisp and fresh.
I discussed menu with the owner before ordering and he was so kind and helpful.
Kudos to the Butcher Place, I will use them for any future occasion I need catered. Not only was the food and service exceptional, the employees friendly and professional.

Home-​cooked warm food. Daily specials. Choose from Chicken Marsala, Meatballs, Lasagna, Sausage and sides of rice, beans, freshly cooked veggies. Their salads are delicious too. You can add it to any bread and make a sandwich. And it comes with a bag of free chips. Everything I’ve tasted so far has been awesome. It’s a new place that just opened up, it’s clean and the guys go out of their way to be courteous and to make their customers happy.
