This Ulta was just plain crappy. They have a limited selection and the cashier was saying to the other cashier «I can’t wait to get out of here», blah blah blah. Also, it seemed to me the prices were marked up. some products from Murad were a bit pricier than usual e. g their Acne spot treatment was $ 18 where it is only $ 17 elsewhere. Bad customer service and rude. I’d say go to Sephora at Roosevelt Field instead. Sephora kicks ass.

It’s may and this place is still open with tons of inventory. I spent 5 full minutes finding a tissue to test a fragrance. I found tons of dirty tissues, but no clean ones. I saw no incredible sale going on that would warannt a mess like this.
The store is disorganized and dirty. I would not return again.

This Ulta in Carle Place is closing in April. (What a bummer! I love shopping there.) Until then, there’s a store closing sale going on now.
