Carlisle Dairy Queen

The line was out the door, the employees were rude, and the service was slow. They took our order, which was very easy by the way, and completely forgot about it! Will not be coming back for a while. And after waiting about 15 minutes, the milkshake had a very watery consistency.

This place is filthy and horrible service! I ordered a Oreo blizzard and then was handed my order with spoon covered with icecream. My friend ordered a buster bar and was told to get it out of the fridge herself. When I ate my icecream it didn’t taste good either. Maybe they need to clean their machines and hire some new people. Oh and the condiment bar looked a mess too. I wouldn’t count on getting good food here.

As a lover of DQ, I’m really sad to review that this location in Carlisle has consistently missed the mark in quality. While I appreciate DQ’s willingness to offer jobs to younger people, the employees struggle to keep track of orders and ask customers to repeat themselves multiple times, and they still get orders wrong.
The last several blizzards I’ve ordered (Oreo CheeseQuake with Heath pieces added; Brownie Blast) have been partially melted when given to me and never include my added Heath. On two occasions, the Heath was mixed into the Brownie Blast, despite me specifically repeating the order to the workers. I’ve stopped asking them to remake them, as they still come out melted, sloppy, and wrong.
My hope is that the management will address the quality of the blizzard making, as it’s been a major let down for my wife and I (who aren’t going as much any more because of this).

We stopped by 2 times in a week both time s the blizzards are not full of toppings. Why can’t dairy queen employee s make a proper blizzard. Be careful here the employees eyes at this DQ apparently dont work they could not notice that my large butterfinger blizzard was just vanilla ice cream and some butterfinger dust no chunks, I had them remake it, same thing, They asked if I wanted extra butterfinger so I paid extra, they gave me a cup of butterfinger they would not blend it in. They called the owner on the phone this dope let us walk away unhappy. I got a refund and went to the next DQ on the way home. If you cant make a Blizzard what are you doing in business perhaps the owners of the BRUSTERS Ice Cream across the street had the same experience here and figured this store is no competition.
Attention other DQ owners this stores owners is screwing up the good DQ reputation you are paying for in your royalties, get corporate there for inspections fast.
If this store is successful why is it a time warp back to 1984 with the décor.
