Chef Exclusive

The biggest mistake I made was hiring them to cater our wedding. I should have know from the beginning that I made the wrong decision. I was given a quote of over $ 4000 to feed 40 people. Finally agreed on a price of $ 1500. Chef exclusive was supposed to provide iced tea, coffee, and water for our guests. For some unknown reason they forgot and my guests only had beer and wine to drink. What a disgrace. Also we were supposed to have a mixed vegetable of squash and zucchini. They also forgot to bring this along so my guests only had meat and potatoes to eat. This would have been ok for most of my family except for the 2 vegetarians that had nothing to eat. We choose a buffet but as the bride I had to serve myself. I have been to plenty of wedding buffets and I also work in the food industry myself. WHEN IS IT EVER OK TO MAKE THE HEAD TABLE SERVE THEMSELVES? Just so disappointed in the whole experience and I would never recommend them. Worst experience ever.
