Probably one of the dirtiest McDonald’s in the area. Floors do not look like they have been cleaned in months, mopping means actually using clean water not water that has been in the bucket for weeks or months. the cashiers took 4 times to get the order correct even after a shift supervisor showed the cashier what buttons to select. None of the condiments, soda machine or ice appears to clean. For an establishment that serves billions, they can barely handle 5 people in the restaurant

As far as McDonalds locations go, this spot right off of exit 45 of I-​81 gives you what you’d expect in terms of menu options and deals.
The service is spotty; some days the drive thru is quick and our orders are accurate, however on several occasions this is not the case. Just this week we sat for almost 10 minutes, seeing only one employee inside who was covering the drive thru, the front registers, AND trying to get the food for our order all on her own. Our fries came out crispy burnt because one of her coworkers forgot to pull them up when the alarm went off.
They employ a lot of teenage workers, which is great for the community, but this location could really benefit from better training/​staffing so their employees show up and do quality work on a consistent basis.
It’s centrally located along our drive to and from church along Walnut Bottom Road, so I speak from several years of experience and we’ll continue to dine here for many years to come. Overall, it’s an average McDonalds!
