They upsized and upgraded the place. Clean, bright, friendly, fast at this busy hour on Sat night. Clean restrooms and clean condiment counter.

This Wendy’s just got redone and the dining area and service was great. It was a busy Sunday when I went and the food was quick, hot, and quite good. I wish more Wendy’s were like this.

I know that this Wendy’s isn’t the best, but it is great if you are just passing through or you just want a quick snack. I don’t remember her name, but the cashier was very respectful and recommended the cheaper offer.
But I didn’t say it was 5 stars… you can have great employees and a nice location, but what makes a restaurant a restaurant is the food, and the food here just didn’t taste like Wendy’s. I would have given it 1 star if it were not for the great employees.

I love Wendy’s and can eat there every day. I order BBQ Salad and unsweetened tea most of the time. But the Carlisle Wendy’s is bad. My salad had rotten lettuce and very little chicken. This is not the 1st bad experience here my tea was bad the last time. It’s also grubby inside. Fire the management and clean the place up. Maybe upgrade the place too.

Worst Wendy’s I have been to ever… shame that it’s so close but yet so awful. I have been here 3 times and the Jr. Cheeseburgers were so overcooked… I am disappointed.
