McDonald’s

Even for McDonald’s, this one is pretty bad. I stop occasionally in the morning and it’s usually very, very slow even if there are only three or four people in the drive through. Unless the lane is empty, it’s best to have ten minutes of spare time even if you’re just getting coffee, just to be on the safe side. When it’s not slow, odds are they’ll mess up the order. I tried to order a steak, egg and cheese bagle. No steak. Okay, so instead, I ordered a sausage egg mcmuffin meal. I got the sausage and muffin with no egg and no hashbrowns. A few weeks ago I tried to order a cheeseburger no onions, 4-​pc nuggets, small fries and a small drink. I got a bag full of fries, 2 cheeseburgers, both with onions and the drink.

This place is a mess. Best just to avoid it.

Horrible service. I ordered two double cheeseburgers and they got both of them wrong. I gave them back to them. A rude lady came to the window and said «move up there» I said no. Then the rude manager gave me my money back and said, «here’s your money. If you don’t move I am calling the police». This is how they treat their customers? Wow. I didn’t want their slop anyways. Go to somewhere else to eat. Don’t poison yourself.

Look, I don’t expect a lot from a McDonalds. I know it’s cheap, mass-​produced food assembled by workers, but the bare minimum I expect is for them to serve food they’d eat. This McDonalds challenges itself to make the worst food for a fast food chain, and always meets this challenge head-​on.
My recent visit brought me a hashbrown patty so throughly cooked that the potato filling transmuted into a nightmare.
Do not go here. If you like fast food, and I rather do, choose anywhere else in Carlisle.
