I just moved from PA to GA, and my experience with U-Pack was fantastic.
The price was VERY good. I paid an extra fee ($ 125) to have my Relo Cube delivery guaranteed by a certain date and it was still cheaper than any other moving companies including U-Haul/U-Box.
ABF reps I spoke with on the phone and ABF drivers who delivered and picked up my ReloCube were all very friendly and pleasant.
I left no gap in my ReloCube (kinda like playing Tetris), padded and tied my furniture and nothing was shifted or damaged when it arrived.
As for the movers to unload my stuff in GA, I used
(U-Haul affiliated) instead of
(U-Pack affiliated). I only had to pay $ 145 (2 movers for 2 hours) while the cheapest quote I got from
was $ 385 (for 2 movers for 2 hours).
I will definitely use U-Pack/ReloCube again in the future.

I have never written a review for a company before, but my experience with U-Pack was so impressive I feel like they deserve the praise. My husband was offered a job out of state and we had to move across country within two weeks. I called around for availability and pricing and the U-Pack representative was by far the most helpful and friendly. Actually, she was probably the only person I talked to out of all the other moving companies who was helpful and friendly. She worked with me to get the best price compared to the other movers and made sure that my U-Pack trailer would get to my new address on the day I arrived. Everything arrived and departed exactly when the company said it would. Everyone I talked to at U-Pack, from start to finish, sounded like they were happy to be of service and enjoyed doing their job.

I recently used Upack for my cross country move and I would strongly recommend it for someone who is planning a move. I got quotes for Uhaul pods, PODS, truck rentals, moving companies and every source possible. Upack price was the best and the move was hassle free. Drop off and pick ups were always on time. All the staff was courteous and professional. Storage cost was also not that expensive.

I have used U-Pack relo-cubes twice. Each time the drivers dropped off on time in a convenient location. The units are clean. The price is competitive with renting a truck and buying the gas. However you do not need to drive. The cubes were dropped off when I asked them to be. This was the same amount of time it took me to rive across country. Nothing arrived broken. This was partly due to my packing, but also their shipping. For the convenience of not needing to drive a scary truck, the quality of service, and the pricing I will continue to move with Upack.
