Air conditioning installation was fast, well done, representatives were fantastic and knowledgeable. Cleaned up mess perfectly. Thorough inspection afterwards. Called customer service 2 days later with an issue and was treated awesome by all involved.

Extortionists. A few months back, a Leffler truck appeared outside my front door. We had recently had an oil fill up, so I was curious why it was happening so soon and why they were going to fill up when we had ⁷⁄₈ of a tank full. I asked the serviceman to stop and he left without filling up. I then got two semi-​harrassing emails telling me that I should not have asked him to leave without the fill up despite the fact we didn’t need one and can’t afford to have them fill up whenever they please (yeah, ¹⁄₈ tank is only about 30 gallons, but that’s over $ 90 in oil!). Foolishly, I replied to those emails complaining about the service. They terminated my service and billed me $ 399 for early termination. No one will respond to my emails asking for a correction. Greedy. Thieves. Extortionists. Leffler sucks.
