Amir’s Catering

We hired Amir to cater our wedding food. The food was absolutely AMAZING and Amir is very professional in decorating the buffet. We had many guests that gave us compliments about how delicious the food was and we are happy with his service overall!
The 4 star is because he gets too stressed under pressure. When he ran out of white rice he told my mom that it’s because we didn’t provide enough appetizers and guests ate more than they should have because they were hungry, my mom didn’t find that response professional and I agree with her. Later he told me that the he wasn’t familiar with the stove at the hotel so some of the rice became too crispy and that’s why there wasn’t enough. He also was a little rude to our wedding coordinator but later apologized to her.
In general he is a great man with a great talent :)

His food presentation is awesome… some are really tasty and some are just OK… but a big thumbs down on his attitude and cleanliness’s
I saw him at many different parties. His food always look good and he takes great pride in what he does. I think sometimes a little too much can back fire. He doesn’t like to be asked about what he has prepared or about ingidiance… he doesn’t take criticism well.
I saw him in the kitchen once getting ready to bring out a dish… right before he borough it out, he wiped his head with his hand and without washing his hands, he grabbed the dish and brought it to the table. Since then, whenever I go to party that I know he will be catering, I wish always eat before going.
