It truly takes a team of professionals to buy a home these days. You have escrow, lending, inspection l, repairs etc and add the multiple contingencies that need removal and the negotiations and it can be a stressful situation. It’s a good thing that my wife and I hired Brian to represent us as first time homebuyers!
Brian was able to walk us through the process and made sure we knew what to expect. He makes the whole buying experience truly about his clients by taking the «selling» out of the way and actually consulting and listening to his clients.
Where Brian really shined was when we went into escrow 3 days before we left on an international trip. Brian made sure all of our ducks were in a row prior to leaving and seamlessly handled our transaction to where very little work was needed on our end when we returned 5 days from closing!
TL;DR: Hire this man!

Our experience with Brian was excellent! He provided guidance in evaluating our home and what work should be done prior to putting it on the market. He also recommended an excellent handyman who performed the needed work. His guidance on how to stage the home was very helpful. He showed that his knowledge of the local market was spot on by setting a listing price that brought interested parties (and was higher than I would have listed it). He explained all the offers that were made and his interpretation of the what they meant and his thoughts of the potential buyers limits and walked us through the mounds of paperwork. Through his negotiating skills and tenacity, the home was sold in two weeks (at well above my lower limit). Can’t recommend him enough
