I have been doing home inspections for over 16 years and I have had the pleasure of meeting many wonderful people. But when it comes to real estate agents I must say Joe you’re definitely at the top of the list Joe has a workethic that separates him from many in this field. Joel’s approach with first time homebuyers during a home inspection is verry unique., always assuring his clients, so they feel better about there future investment. Joe is an absolute joy to work with. I am a mortgage lender who works with several realtors on a daily basis and he is my top most trusted. He is in constant communication with the borrower and myself so nothing gets missed. I highly recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing or selling a home.
