DONOTDOBUSINESS with this company(Also see Furnishing 4 Less) The customer service is horrible and in the end you may or may not get what you ordered… and paid for! Pay with a credit card so you can dispute it and hopefully get your money back when your stuff does not arrive! I waiting for 3 months to find out that I was not going to get the couch I ordered and paid for. I was told to dispute the charge. Ron made no effort to make the situation right! They might be in a new location but the service is still horrible! Shop at your own risk!

I have to leave my 2 cents worth on this place. They stink. Customer service is non existent. They will happily take your money but good luck getting your merchandise. Dino & Luke will verbally threaten you if you ask for a refund. Pay with a credit card so that you can dispute the charge(s) & file complaints with the BBB. That’s the only thing this company understands. I also firmly believe that they have people writing glorious reviews on Unilocal.I found them to be disgusting.

0 stars!!! Buyer Beware!!! I bought furniture in March of 2008, and never heard from this despicable co again. I called at least 40 times last summer-then tried to suspend the charge to my credit card– they insisted that the charge stand, all the while NEVER even attempting to give me my merchandise! I had to sue them in small claims court to get my money back. It was a headache and nightmare-I would rather pay twice as much and go with an upstanding company… BUYERBEWARE!!!

We ordered a loveseat and 2 chairs on 3÷9÷08 and were told the chairs would be 4 – 6 weeks and the loveseat 3 months. Fair enough… after 10 weeks we kept getting the run around on where the chairs were. After 16 weeks, still, hard to get customer service to return calls, when they did VERY snippy and don’t really know anything about your order. After 20 weeks, FIVEMONTHS finally they say the chairs are on the way, meanwhile the loveseat has been in shipping the last month and is «here locally now». Talk to manager who is very condescending and I said I wanted a refund and he said we don’t give refunds and I said at some point if after say a year goes buy eventually they do have to give a refund and he just laughed and said well maybe. Well, finally the chairs show up but its almost SIX months now and still no loveseat and no return calls. Don’t understand how the loveseat was«here locally» a month ago and still isn’t at their warehouse. Beware… this is usually a sign a company is having financial difficulties. I am wondering when my order was actually placed by them even though they collected my money last March. You do not save THAT much buying here and it certainly isn’t worth it. Costco just had a natuzzi sofa similar to the one I ordered for $ 50 cheaper, oh and you would actually be able to sit on that one unlike mine!

Furnishings4less(Also see Furnishings 4 Less) sells you from a catalog, and then when there is a problem they repeatedly say they will do something but never actually do. We spent tens of thousands(I don’t want them to identify me) and they did not repair the damaged furniture and the manufacturers wouldn’t stand behnd the products. Furnishings4less is a slippery operation and I would NOT reccomend anyone buy from them unless they are willing to buy what they see and expect no warranty or support. In that case you are getting what you pay for. I sincerely regret trusting them.
