A few weeks ago I contacted Jake Yardley Construction to remove some dirt from my front yard. Jake come by that same day and gave me a quote to remove the dirt. His quote was so reasonably priced we scheduled the work for the next week. Jake showed up promptly, on the day he said he would be coming. He performed the work as we discussed and finished on time and he cleaned up the street after some of the dirt he removed had spilled in the street. I would recommend using his company if you need any dirt removal/​grading work done.

Jake demoed existing patio /​walkways and poured new concrete. Ran new sprinkler feed line. Installed new retaining wall. Fixed all sprinkler lines in areas of work. Good handyman skills. Highly organized and fair guy. Had one issue with a cracked line found once the sprinkler zone was turned on — Jake resolved next day. Found Jake on craigslist but nothing in the review department so I guess I will be the first here. Highly recommended!
