My husband and I especially enjoy this Jamba Juice. Heather, Abbie, and Anne create the friendliest atmosphere… and the drinks are always great!

Clean location and friendly staff! Had to correct them twice now on my order unfortunately, but in their defense they might not be trained on how to handle a customized order.

I was just there to order 2 turkey sausage and carrots orange twist. I didn’t mind the wait being longer than usual since there was a new employee. They were nice there.
I was just disappointed that I had to ask for my $ 3 off that was suppose to be applied on my check. But most of all, my turkey wrap had barely any content. It was unwrapped and looks like the egg, turkey and cheese spilled out and they still gave me the wrap. I would’ve waited for a new wrap but instead I’m stuck eating a the tortilla wrap with hot sauce.
The other wrap was cold. Very disappointed.
At least the carrot orange juice was tasty. I just hope they gave me my credit because I didn’t get a receipt.

Awesome and super fun staff!
I love their drinks and they’ve got an awesome set up where they are in this shopping center! It’s a beautiful set up and they work wonders with Apple Pay!
Heather and Amber (I think those were the gals who helped me) were super awesome and amazing and I will come back to grab some goodies just cause of them!

Worst experience ever! I’ve been going Jamba Juice since the 90’s and never had I had such a poor experience. The first time I went in this location, the guy that helped us was so sweet and friendly and helpful. This girl today, with her long blonde ponytail to the side, made me feel so anxious. She was so short with me and unhelpful that my heart was racing for awhile after we left. She made it seem like we were the millionth customer she had to repeat the same information to, and had a «could you please hurry up» attitude; like she had someplace better to be; sorry, but we don’t all have the menu and ingredients memorized. I would rather drive a few extra miles to the Encinitas location than have to deal with her again.

I have no complaints about this location. It’s clean, and the staff is friendly. They have adorable seats outside by the fountain, under an umbrella. It was a beautiful morning and I liked sitting out there with my juice.
I’m irritated with the company that they discontinued their kid size.
I tried the new veggie vitality juice and it was really good. I like that they put it on ice. My son got the strawberries wild which I always thought was pretty yuck. Either they changed the recipe or this location makes their own version, but either way it was really good!

Had a great first visit to the new Jamba Juice in our area. Tatiana was so pleasant and very helpful. She took the time to explain certain things and took great care of us. We will be back :)

Staff were very friendly and offered to take my drink out to me so I could hang out with my dog outside. I will revise my review to five stars when they add an option to tip on credit cards, Jersey Mike’s does this super well and I would like it for Jamba to as well.

I walk into this Jamba Juice and ask if they make anything gluten free and I get the very short answer: «No! Everything we make has gluten in it». Kind of hard to believe as I’ve been to other Jamba Juices that have gone over and beyond rinsing their containers and making me a blend … Really? They had just opened up in this new location and there were no other customers in the store in the middle of the day. Not a good start to advertise your business!
