Total waste of money cheap quality and bait and switch tactics. Would not recommend to anyone. I had to leave a rating, so one star is the lowest I could leave.

I just want to take this opportunity to express my complete dissatisfaction with Justic Customer Service.
I placed an online order on 11÷8÷13. First of all, the website crashed roughly 3 – 4 times while attempting to place the order, taking nearly 2 hours to complete. And because of this flawed website service, the first 9 items on this order were «DOUBLED»! In other words, I had to keep returning to the website to try and place/​complete the order repeatedly, and obviously the site cached some of my order, causing me to receive 2 of the first 9 items.
But the poor service did not stop there… it continued…
I received the 9 doubled products and followed the website instructions that offer returns at the Justice Stores. I visited the Justice store located at Plaza Camino Real in Carlsbad, California at about 2:30pm PST on 11÷24÷13. The associate had my whole return processed, taking nearly 15 – 20 minutes, and then at the very end called over the manager to complete it. The manager then refused to process my refund. She accused me of bringing in a «photo copied» Justice Shipper, and said she could not process my refund because my paperwork was not authentic. I explained to her that this was what was provided to me. I repeatedly offered to show her my order online on my phone, and again she refused to assist me.
I sincerely have to question the ethical standing of a company that doubles 9 pieces of my order, and then refuses to accept the return of that doubled product in-​store under the guise that my paperwork is not authentic. This borders on outright customer fraud. I am extremely disappointed, and am considering returning all $ 609.16 cents of this product order, as well as the other $ 300 spent in the Carlsbad store before placing this online order. Side note: If you pay with paypal for an online order, they’ll make you take a store credit… which is also questionable!
Clearly the Carlsbad Manager needs some improvement in her bedside manner. Perhaps educating her to investigate the situation with the warehouse to confirm the look of warehouse shippers before accusing a customer of bring in an in-​authentic form would be a huge improvement. Some Customer Service training is definitely in order, before they destroy all of their holiday business.
Lastly, I attempted to call their 800 Customer Service number to lodge this complaint, held for nearly 20 minutes and was disconnected.
I’m just wonder if Justice cares at all about their customers?

Awesome place! My 8 year old loves the clothes!!! Look for sales item, the regular price can be high.
