Poor service, delayed or non existence of grilled chicken menu items… late opening of store… Try El Pollo Loco about two miles north for good service.

UGGG never eat fast food but was not feeling well. WOW has KFC changed. They asked how many pieces of grilled chicken we wanted, that should have been the indicator we were getting the scraps. DRY, horrible chicken. Can’t believe we paid for it:(

We ordered an 8 piece meal with half original recipe and half grilled. The guy taking the order said «we have original, extra crispy, and grilled» so we repeated that we wanted half original and half grilled. He keyed it in very slowly so we thought maybe he was new. He then went outside looking at his cell phone. The woman putting the chicken in the bucket was talking on a phone the whole time. No customer service skills from either of them. When we got home our bucket contained 4 pieces of original and 4 pieces of extra crispy… no grilled.

Couldnt hear the girl through the drive thru ordering speaker then when i got to the window i had to ask for my drink which came with the meal i ordered. Gave me the wrong drink and drive thru clerk took forever to get my sauces. Love kfc food but they need to stop hiring idiots

how do fuck up chicken strips AND tacos. you’d think you’d have one of them figured out.

The food is usually ok but service is spotty.
The kid couldn’t figure out how to ring up the order. So I asked the manager who couldn’t either. They were completely out of wings on a Friday at 6. And I had to wait 20 minutes for grilled chicken.
Meanwhile the manager is telling them what a great job they’re doing. NOT!!!
It’s dirty and messy but everyone is nice which seems to be more important than service quality.

I got my food drive through, the food was cold, and had no test at all. I won’t go to this location anymore.

Busy Friday afternoon of errands and commuting. Craving some fried chicken. Stopped by kfc about 6pm.
Ordered a 12 piece meal and got a free velvet cake. The drive through wait was not long.
We got home to some huge pieces of tasty chicken, sides, and biscuits.
So nice to relax on a Friday evening without much cleanup.
Btw… The hours listed on this Unilocal page need to be updated.

Second time i order 20 piece meal and get home and its 12 pieces! For $ 46 bucks, lost a local as a customer.

Wow let me just say, being the KFC fan I am this place needs a lot of work. First of all they haven’t been able to take credit cards for 2 days??? When I asked the cashier why, he obviously had no idea. I went inside the bathroom no soap in the soap dispencer, water all over the floor and the urinal was leaking. The staff was some what friendly but I did stand at the register for at least 2 minutes before being greeted.

Went thru the drive thru and was craving the original recipe chicken. To find out that they were out this by 8pm! How can you be out of the original recipe that made you famous? That’s like McDonald’s running out of hamburgers! The service was fast, but I had to eat crispy that I did not want.

This place is a cesspool. Ordered chicken and mash potatoes and got deathly I’ll from food poisoning. I called this location and told them about getting ill and they stated there has been several complaints and calls that came in about food poisoning. The people who work here are teenagers who can careless about food hygiene and I witness a food server handling money and then food without washing their hands. The health department needs to shut this place down. I recommend everyone STOP going here.

I went to KFC last night (drive thru) and within 30 mts of eating a «twister» meal I got extremely sick. I know I had food poisoning for sure, maybe worse. What’s worse is, I was driving and all of sudden it came over me. I felt dizzy, nauseous, and actually threw up while driving (luckily I had a bag). I was stuck at a stoplight when this phenomenon happened. I haven’t felt that sick in a long time (years). I feel like I should get more than just my money back. All day I still haven’t felt «normal». I am never going back here again. That pain was not worth it, don’t pay to be sick… just go elsewhere.

I want to say I like this place when it was own by KFC. I was QSC for KFC. This KFC was one of the best. Now I have to let anyone know, I would not even eat here. The orders are always done wrong. I am tire of having to call back in to the store to get a credit.
This owner of this store needs to let this place go.

I’m not really sure where to start with this place.
As far as the food is concerned… it was good and what you would expect when ordering taco bell/​kfc.
The people that work here seems fairly nice.
However. during our trip here on our way home from legoland. they couldn’t get the order right.
First as part of our order. we ordered 3 tacos. no lettuce. just meat and cheese… in return we got 3 tacos with lettuce. so we asked if we could get the 3 tacos without lettuce… just meat and cheese. and one of the workers (not the one that we ordered from) was nice enough to let us keep the wrong tacos. GREAT. but then when we got the tacos. we only got 2 tacos and it only had meat… no cheese. so we told our daughter to just suck it up and eat it with no cheese. she unhappily obliged…
So when she finished these tacos she was still hungry and wanted a couple more tacos. this time she wanted the doritos taco. so we ordered 3 doritos tacos. no lettuce. just meat and cheese… and what do u know. we got 3 doritos tacos with lettuce. again. we had to send it back… it was pretty frustrating.
My daughter did ask us on the way «why did they keep messing up my order»
All I could say was «oh honey I wish I knew»

in the opening scene of ROCKY II (it’s been a while since i watched that movie and no, the rumors circulating recently that i got the boxed set for CHRISTMAS and have had five or six marathons since are «exaggerated») there’s an exchange between a reporter and ROCKY about what the fighter was thinking when the bell rang for the final round. sitting in the emergency room, slumped over in a wheel chair, battered and bloody, his eyes nearly swollen shut, he mumbles, «i was thinking that i shudda stayed in high school.»
i was reminded of that yesterday during a late night KFC-​TACO BELL run. sunday night WYATT, my seven-​year old, ate his weight in sushi at BLUE PACIFIC (just up the street from KFC-​TACO BELL) but last night at WRENCH and RODENT, i couldn’t even talk him into TORO SASHIMI, his favorite. so, on the way home, we swung through the drive thru for a BEAN BURRITO. not to be left out, JULIANA, my nine-​year old, decided she had to have POPCORN CHICKEN and some MAC-​N-​CHEESE.
after waiting more than five minutes behind two other cars, the lead one at the order menu, my wife backed us up and parked in the lot so i could go inside to order.
disappointment set in almost immediately. no more POPCORN CHICKEN. no more HONEY BBQ WINGS. just a dazzling array of BURRITOS clearly thought up in the wee hours of the night by stoners that got ordered often enough they got added to the menu.
there were four people in the crew and everybody was moving in super slow motion. five or six tickets were face up on the counter when the young man on the walk-​up register took my order. he seemed nice enough but as i watched him work he and the rest of the «team» really looked like they wanted to be somewhere else. it was like seeing somebody else stuck in one of those recurring dreams i have where i’m trying to run ankle deep in molasses.
couldn’t help but flash back on ROCKY’s sobering admission that he wished he’d stayed in high school.
for the record, JULIANA ate nearly all her MAC-​n-​CHEESE but the CHICKEN BITES and about half of WYATT’s BURRITO went to the dogs.

This KFC/​Taco Bell is right around the corner from me so I eat here more than I should. The food is exactly what you expect from the place but the kids who work there clearly making the best of it. The guy who took my order in the drive thru gave me the scripted hello, but it he did it with personality. I think his name was Sean but I could be wrong, either way the kid gave me a well needed laugh AND provided me with chicken which is more than I expected.

Fried bucket of chicken, how can that go wrong? The counter person was nice and took an accurate order. Bad food (for you) never tasted so good, and cold chicken in the fridge the next day is twice as nice. Bonus. Thanks KFC

Did I just give a fast food joint 4 stars? I sure did!
Having to go through a KFC drive-​thru in my Pj’s isn’t normally something I would bring to anyone’s attention, but sometimes it has to be done.
This is a dual Taco Bell/​KFC. Normally places like this creep me out, but advertising tells me they are running a special that includes TWELVE chocolate chip cookies.
They were out of grilled chicken when I ordered, but informed me they had some on the grill and it would be about 4 minutes and to park and they’ll bring it out. The nice kid at the window upgraded my kids drink and also gave me a free one and apologized for the wait.
The fact is, sometimes you have to delve into the dirty world of fast food. And with a place on every corner, the little things do make a difference.

They screwed up my order, so I went back in to get an item and found they didn’t charge me for it, even though I ordered it. So I paid for it, waited till it was ready, walked back to the office. When I got to my office to eat it, the hot sauce packets given to me in a separate bag by a crew member were all covered in sauce, mild I think. The folks that work there dole out the sauce, so the guy who gave it to me should have detected the «leak» and not given it to me. I took a picture of the leaky sauce bag it was so appalling. I don’t think I will EVER eat at this location again. And I live here!!!
