Super slow. Took them 40min to make the wrong order and they let two other large parties get served before me.

At least once a month, my husband comes to this place to get his wing fix. Last night, he did his usual take out order. When he opened the bag, there was no wing sauce or ranch. How does a wing place forget wing sauce? Instead of doing the right thing, they wanted my husband to come back and return the wings in order to get his refund. So my husband needed to waste another hour to drive back and prove to them that the order was wrong. WOW. Keep the $ 14.00 but we’re never going back. Some business owners just don’t see the big picture. We used to own a business and we would NEVEREVER treat a customer this way!

I’ve always been a fan of this chain but this was my first visit to this location. Everything was good except with an order of 10 wings I only got 1 actual wing and 9 drummies. What a crock, I feel cheated… Also the lemon pepper was hardly flavored, I’ve had much better at other locations.

I went here with my boyfriend for Valentine’s day and the food was terrible. The wings were over cooked and dry. I will NEVER come here again.

Wings are good — no complaints there — but this location in particular is consistently late with our online orders.

I’m giving one star for the wings, which were good… once I finally got them. My order was scheduled for 2:50 pm. I showed up and was told it would be an extra 5 to 10 minutes. It’s Super Bowl Sunday, so I can obviously give the place some slack. So then, I keep hearing«another 5 minutes», «you’re order is second,» «they’re packing it now.» Finally, the manager realized he gave my order to someone else. He apologized, which I appreciate, considering I had now been there nearly 40 minutes. He had his workers remake my order immediately. I left with my order in a paper bag, placed it on my front seat, and when I got out of the car there was sauce all over my shirt. When the workers put the containers in the bag, they put one on it’s side and all the sauce leaked to the bottom of the paper bag. So, not only is my shirt ruined, my husband’s front seat has grease/sauce on it. The wings are good, but so are B.W.W.‘s. If you don’t have time nor desire, to sit around for 45 minutes, have your order given away to someone else, and then have your sh*t ruined, STAYAWAY.

Wings are pretty darn good and decent size. The wide variety of options for sauces is pretty good, but the Lemon pepper is the best! Unusually get the 10 wimgs, fries, and a drink for around 12 $. Little pricy, but it fills you up. The only problem is that it takes a while for them to make the wings, I guess it means they are fresh!

If you want to stop for wings, wingstop is the place to be! I love this place for the more intimate feel of enjoying your wings & beer with out interruptions. The customer service is always great & very helpful. The wings! Galore are they delicious! Also in combo packs with various sides to choose from which I think is very convenient as appose to buying everything separate. I would have to say that because of the small environment the bathrooms are placed in the back of course close to some tables I would suggest to constantly keep the latrine as clean as possible for guest at ALL times including the stale bathroom smell that’s the only issue but at the same time I’ve come across many top quality restaurants with the same issue. All in all this is my overall favorite stop for any wingstop on any day especially football Sunday’s! I will continue stop by any time !

Always a treat to stop by wingsNthings. This place never changes up the quality of their wings and has yet to water down their sauce.

This place was just meh. The guy at the counter was fairly polite but I’m pretty sure they forgot about my order even though I saw him put it in — I waited about 30 minutes for a six piece with fries. I felt like the lemon pepper was also not well seasoned — I could barely taste the flavor of the wings. Probably won’t come back here again.

Stood at the counter a good 5 minutes waiting for someone to come take our order. Waited over 20 minutes for my food, the 3 people who came after me all got their food in under 5. Because there is a large window to look into the kitchen we were able to see them just standing around. I mean you can at least look busy. And then when I did get my food, the wings were drowning in the barbecue sauce. Huge pile of it at the bottom of my basket. Not a great time.

Terrible employees and careless food. Greasy, cold and disgusting. Employee said the grease is supposed to get soaked up by the cheese… gross! Stay way… also waited 30 minutes for this.

They’re very nice! Ordering online or over the phone helps with the wait b/c they get busy.

Soooo disappointed in this place today. My son and I come here every other week for our mother son time. The food is always good. Today my disappointment comes from the staff. As I was waiting for my food a man comes in and asked for a water cup. You could tell he was not feeling well. The young kid behind the counter refused to give him a water cup because he was not a paying customer. Even after the man asked nicely again and told him he was diabetic and trying to take his medication. The boy told him to walk down to another place and use the water fountain. I completely understand rules but there could have been an exception made for this man who obvious was not in a good place. How you treat people says a lot about you. And who you have working for your establishment says even more. As much as my 9 son likes this place, we will not be returning. It makes me very sad that he had to see this happen today. Maybe a lesson for the staff and owner about common courtesy, it could go a long way.

Come one, come all. Mind blown– for reals though. I was pleasantly surprised with Wing Stop. I’m totally a Bdubs girl. Love their wings and all the selection they offer but hot damn folks, this place makes some great stuff! Their menu is like a quarter of the size of Bdubs(Buffalo Wild Wings, for those folks that don’t know lawl); However, their pint sized menu packs a keg sized punch! We got an order of 20 boneless wings to go– half Louisiana rub and half garlic parm. Amazing. Like really. My mouth is watering just thinking about these wings. And don’t even get me started on the fries. These things are the work of Saran because they’re that good– as are many of the«sinful» things we love most. They have something on them and are cooked to perfection. Just all of it was to die for. We also ordered a small side of the coleslaw which was good. Could’ve used something but then again I think I always remember coleslaw in a better light than it actually is in– just always tastes lacking. Anyways, to go order was wonderful. Atmosphere is cool but small– closet sized store but you can stay for sure. TV’s present if you’re trying to catch a game. Overall, super happy and pleasantly surprised!

I’m a big Wing Stop fan I probably go at least twice a week. Overall, my fav is bone — in Louisiana Rub! My only suggestion is that they inquire about getting Ballast Point Brewing(Beers) included into their inventory. Especially«Sculpin» I guarantee their beer sells will jump! Suggestions: Habanero Sculpin, Grapefruit Sculpin, and original Sculpin.

This location is busier than the Vista one, they have a bell you can push to get the employees attention if there not already up front. I’ve always had great Customer Service here. I’ve tried the Hawaiian, Teriyaki, Parmesan, Louisiana Rub but my ultimate favorite is the Mango Habanero. If you like sweet and Spicy you should give this one a try. I think this place is way better than Buffalo Wild Wings.

Garlic Parmesan, so good! The mango habanero wasn’t spicy at all, which was a little disappointing. Kind of on the pricey side for wings, $ 39.99 for 35 wings, 2 sides of fries, and a couple ranches(which they do charge for). I wish they had breadsticks on their menu, but the dinner rolls were fine. Small joint w tons of parking. Comparable to Wings and Things, will be back if I’m ever in the area :)

Totally overpriced but I guess all wing places are like this. The wings were delicious. The mild sauce was great. I got the original hot and mild but the menu was so confusing. The reason why I’m giving it 3 stars is because there’s a window to kitchen and the worker grabbed the raw frozen chicken with his BAREHANDS. Like what

I give Wingstop 4 stars because their wait time is a lot short than Pizza Ports wait time. On Saturday at 6 pm(I know it’s busy hour), I called Pizza Port(Carlsbad Village) to see how long it would take for wings if I ordered it over the phone and they quoted me an hour wait. I called wing stop and they quoted me 14 minutes. Pizza Port is closer to me but Wingstop had a shorter wait, so I ordered takeout from Wingstop. Thank you, Wingstop! When I got to the store(located in the shopping center next to Coffee Bean and Chuze Fitness), the boy behind the counter was a bit flustered because they were so busy. I felt bad for him! But he was nice, and my food was ready when I got there. Wings wise: I have had better wings, but they were not bad tasting!
