Beware of Mills Management. The cash reserves of our HOA are melting away very quickly under this management and pretty soon our HOA is gonna go broke. And MMS is impossible to get rid off — somehow she made our board love her so much that the board is no longer thinking of the homeowners. It seems that our board’s only interest now is to satisfy Christy’s business. No other bids, complete financial secrecy, bylaws violations left and right. Very strange situation.
You don’t wanna get involved with MMS — she is a lawyer and knows what she is doing.

Mills has managed our community for over a year and my experience is similar to RJ J although a different community as I am in Carlsbad. Think twice before paying over value for an attorney/​property manager who has in a sense torn our community apart.

This company should be embarrassed. They have completely mismanaged things for us and have made false statements. They have caused a big problem for us all because they made false statements. Be very carful before you elect to use this company!

I just have to say that Christy has been the best property manager we have ever worked with. She keeps our complex up, is on top of any repairs needed and is always available. It is nice to know I can call and she will not only answer, she will handle it quickly. Thank yiu Christy!
