There were some shipping issues, but that was the fault of UPS. I never received the coffee, but was just given a refund. I am told that they are shipping me coffee as well. After it arrives, I will rate it and update this review further. It did take a long time to resolve, but I am happy with a refund.

This is wonderful coffee without the scary implications of the commercial stuff(child labor, anyone?). It’s family-owned, fair trade, deliciousness in a cup. I tried the medium roast. The coffee has great flavor without being overwhelming, but also not weak. It was just the pick up I needed.

I have tried the Dark Roast and the Medium Roast and enjoy both. I have been telling all of my friends about it and they agree that it is some darn good coffee. I also think it is awesome that the company is family owned and run. It is a true small family business with quality ingredients and a lot of heart and soul.

I had never heard of African Coffee before, but my friend recently gave me a bag of Njoga Coffee as a gift. It has a wonderful flavor and smell mmmmmm :) I decided to look the company up online and found that they are huge into humanitarian efforts and proceeds go towards educating women in Africa… Kenya to be specific. Impressive! Good Coffee and Great cause to support, I’m buying more!
