Place was busy, staffed well and offered assistance by a few employees right when we walked in the door!
Many specials going in for the Holiday Season.
Picked up a iPhone wallet case for a great cost!
Got a few t-​shirts for $ 10 a piece & clearance snow pants for a really sweet deal!
We visit from out of state on occasion. Haven’t gone wrong with shopping here & at this Outlet Center. Great prices on a well known popular brand my boys enjoy!

lots of discounted items and selection is decent. i’ve always been able to find something here that i would like. this is one of the shops i must stop by at when i hit up the outlets in carlsbad.

Nice sales going on here! Buy a regular priced pair and get a sale pair half off? Sounds good to me! Service is friendly, there’s a fairly decent selection here, and I’ll take any discount I can get on a good pair of sunglasses any day. Came here looking for a replacement pair for the ones I lost in a river in Nicaragua. Found some nice ones– unfortunately not polarized like the last ones, but just as cute. :D The search goes on, but the ones I got will do in the meantime!

I called this location to see if they have a pair of sunglasses that I was having trouble finding nearby.
The girl I talked to was friendly and helpful and told me each color combo they had for the style I wanted. All were marked down and she offered to hold 3 colors for me until I could get down there.
Drove down later that day. The place was PACKED with people… like they were giving the stuff away or something! It was crazy!
I don’t normally shop at the Vault stores so I didn’t realize that some stuff is actually marked down and not full Oakley retail pricing.
I had a different girl help me and she showed me all the colors of the sunglasses I was looking at. Very helpful and friendly.
I ended up buying 2 pairs of sunglasses. One was marked down from $ 170 to $ 79 and the other from $ 130 to $ 79!
Two for the price of one. That works for me!

As an Oakley fan, I make it a point to come in every time I’m at the outlet malls and I rarely walk out empty handed. Generally, this place is hopping busy, but the salespeople are very helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service overall.
However, despite this, I’m docking a star. For the first time, I walked out empty-​handed. I walked in with the intention of buying some shoes, however, I found they only had sandals available. The shoes they did have were unsellable leftovers (weird colors, sizes, or unusual varieties). As a result, I ended up buying my first pair of non-​Oakley shoes in many years. Oh well, hopefully next time they’ll have some more!

I would recommend Oakley’s as the finest sunglasses available but specifically wanted to give a review for the vault at Carlsbad Outlets.

Same retail prices as everywhere else, and not so great customer service. Definitely NOT worth the drive to Carlsbad.

Great prices, excellent customer services, and the amazing products I’m used too. If I’m ever in the area again I’ll definitely be coming back. Love my new sunglasses.

Sales rep took my information on 4÷5÷09 and promised that my problem would not be ignored, and that she would be sure the store manager called me. Still no call as of today…
