RUN. KEEP OVATION AWAY FROM YOUR HAIR.
This is truly the worst and most damaging product I ever used. I followed the directions to the letter — and about half of my hair literally FELL OUT of my head as I washed the product out in the shower. I was so horrified and alarmed I called the company. The girl on the phone eventually admitted, «We’re trying to get the owners to change the directions because we’re getting complaints.»
My hairdresser told me Ovation must have too much keratin in it for a person with fine hair. As there was nothing for me to do but simply let my hair grow out (which took years, because I had long hair), I tried to talk to one of the owners, Carly Kaden. It took weeks and weeks to get her on the phone, and when I did she said, «My product would never cause a reaction like that» — and she hung up on me. The problem was, Ovation DID cause a reaction like that, and someone at the company had already admitted it to me.
I then filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and other person who owns the company (his name is Dallas) responded by calling me a liar! (And his response was filled with misspellings — ha.) Dallas and his partner were truly the most unprofessional business owners I’ve encountered.
Using Ovation was the worst experience I’ve had with a product or a company. If the owners had simply talked to me in a professional manner, I might have been able to provide information for them. Instead, they were defensive and hostile — which tells you they must get a lot of complaints about their damaging product.
STAY AWAY FROM OVATION AND THE OWNERS.

The hair stays about the same. I don’t lose more, but I can’t grow back any I’ve lost. I don’t recommend Ovation for Men formula because there don’t seem to be very many active ingredients in it. castor oil was the only one I could find on the bottle.

This company no longer advertises morning, noon & night, thank God! Enough people must have caught onto what a rip off this stuff is. I saw no improvement to my hair and someone’s getting rich on scamming people. I bet the Better Business bureau has put an end to their relentless advertising claims!

I have been ordering their hair products for men for at least several months now. I have experienced a noticeable difference as far as my hair loss — it has stopped and I’m noticing signs of new hair growth which I haven’t seen, before I started using their products. Plus my hair is healthier looking and thicker!
The main reason I had to write this review is the EXCELLENT customer service I have been receiving by one of their reps named Sarah! Ovation Hair, just wanna let you know that she’s one of your «valuable assets» and she deserves a ton of credit (bonuses/​raise) for the priceless «service» that she gives to your customers! =)
