Iv loved this store since I started going! It’s really a one stop shop and I don’t need to go to a million different crowded department stores to find each product! It’s all here!!! I started getting slightly overwhelmed (because naturally I wanted everything) I met Sarah the esthetician and decided to go for a facial and get the recommendation from someone who knows skin. I’m totally hooked!!! Sarah is so knowledgable and simplified my daily régime with certain products that would benefit my skin the most! I totally trust her! She’s the sweetest and knows her stuff! Iv been getting monthly facials and can totally see my skin changing fast!!! I suffer from mild acne and pigmentation spots. Honestly my skin has done a 180. Iv been getting complements on my skin right and left. I highly recommend Sarah for facials. She does it all and delivers the most yummy facials Iv ever experienced!

Nice, low pressure store with friendly staff — especially the Laura Mercier counter! I truly appreciate the approach of not being oversold or over made up, but rather being taken care and introduced to new techniques.

Service:
Average: Can be hit or miss. Really depends on who is working. I have had excellent service in the past, but during my last visit the employee wouldn’t even help me pick a shade of foundation. The personal service is really the only reason why I would go to a shop rather than buy online. I do appreciate that they are not «pushy» about buying their products.
Overall:
A great option if you don’t like to shop at large department stores or are avoiding the mall. Do your research on the product you want first since not all of the staff are as knowledgeable/​helpful.

From the moment I walked into the store everyone was super friendly! So many amazing products and make up lines to choose from. I was in search of facial products and could not decide but then was given a small sample to take home and try. I will definitely be back

I can’t stay away! Beautiful store, luxurious, hard-​to-​find lines, and the staff is incredibly helpful without being aggressive. Their gift wrapping is gorgeous and it’s genuinely a one-​stop shop for cosmetics, skin and hair care. Amazing candles and fragrances too! Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this place! Everyone is so nice and it seems they are all genuinely happy to be there. The esthetician I saw was Kristin and she was awesome! She recommended I do something called a Crystal Facial, which is a series of 6 microdermabrasion treatments. I have done only two so far and I’m loving my skin already! I can’t wait to go back!

I loved my visit to bluemercury! The store is beautifully arranged and stocked full of many treasured beauty products. Gabe welcomed us in and began creating a beautiful combination of Bobby Brown cosmetics that went really well with my skin tone and hair color. He accentuated my beauty and was excellent with communicating with me what my vision on. I can’t wait to return here!
