Where do I start! The employees that work here are the best! They are so nice to everyone that walks in and out of that door. Their attitudes are very pleasing and they love to help. I will definately be going back! All the managers working (josh, kit, Ashely, Katelyn I believe) were polite. And the associates that work there (Gianni, Jessica, Quinten, Matt, Mariah, max, Sally, victor, and a few more) were so helpful at choosing an outfit for my first day of school. I’m going back and I hope everyone goes.

Great store. Buy most of my clothes here. They always have good coupons and discounts. Only complaint is that the people who work the checkout can be ditzy and their attention seems divided. Sometimes they have full conversations with people over their in-​ear walkie-talkie’s which have resulted in them charging me twice or not properly applying discounts.

Tillys has been an up and a down for me and has been forever. They have a great selection of clothes, and very great deals on clothes on occasion. Went in to my my pop something for his birthday, an employee Tyler helped me pick out something for him, but while we were doing so, every other worker kept pushing to help me, and it can get very annoying. Will be coming back, but I hope for the preying employees to just let me look for clothes by myself instead of asking to help look with me!

Service here is ridiculous. I’m never spending my money here. Maybe train your workers to treat ALL customers equally and not ignore and treat people with such bad attitude when in need of assistance.

I’ve been in this location twice and both times there were barely any other people there shopping yet it was like pulling teeth to get some help. Today while shopping for my nephew a manager walked by me and I asked her to help me find an item but she gave me a brief answer where I could find him something and kept walking to the back room. I gave them a second shot but both times the service was poor so they have permanently lost my business. By the way, be sure to read the filtered reviews, there are other recent negative experiences.

I came here early for a service call, but I have never been to this location. It’s HUGE! Alot of great stuff. I don’t think I’m going to go out of my way to shop here, but if I’m ever in the area and not working I would definitely stop by to browse and buy. The staff is friendly too.

I stopped in here to see what was going on since I haven’t been in in a while. I now remember why I used to shop here. The employees are all friendly, they all greet you and they all ask if you need help!
They have pretty much everything you need clothing wise. When standing in line to pay, there is A LOT of stuff you feel like you need to buy but really don’t… i.e. sunglasses, rings, watches, wallets etc.

Finally San Diego was having nice weather for once this year when I visited. Of course on this trip I didn’t pack shorts. After trying a couple other stores in this shopping area I found some deals here. I grabbed a bunch to try on. I was quickly set up with a fitting room. With my luck, the cheapest shorts did not fit, but I still found some good deals and walked out paying $ 80 for two pairs of shorts and some flip flops.

I don’t normally shop here, but stopped in since we were in the area. My PIC decided to look for tanks, and I looked around to see what cute tops were avail.
The employees are friendly and offer their opinions should you ask for their advice.
The chick who helped us was sweet and even offered to call another store to place my PIC’s tank on hold for him for pick up the following morning. Great service by her!
I did find some cute (conservative) tops and a belt that I ended up purchasing for $ 25! Otherwise, Tilly’s is expensive for the type of clothes they offer. This type of clothing store attracts the younger crowds (25 and under ???), which is waaaay out age range!

This store is definently for skate and surf clothes fans. Clothes are a lot cheaper here then the other clothes stores nearby. It’s a pretty big store and they have shoes, clothes and accesories. Most of the clothes are for teens or tweens but you can still find some cute stuff in here if you are into the surf/​skate style. The sale racks are definently worth checking out. Plus the sales staff is always really nice.

I think this place is awesome. They’ve got super nice fun fashion-​y clothes here for the season’s that are coming. Since we do live in san diego, there’s not much difference in the clothes that come out season to season. anyways, their fashions and styles are so nice and «punk-​ish» when it needs to be.
This stores got a super nice and friendly staff that is willing to help out and be there when you need needs or a different size in shirts.
I love to come here to get sunglasses. They are only like $ 8.99!!!
the minus one star comes in when moving around the clothes, all of the clothes racks are too damn close together.

This spot is pretty big and the service isn’t too bad. It’s mostly kids hanging up clothes and asking if you’re finding everything alright (and when you tell them no, they basically backtrack through every rack you just went through and I’m not in a mood to say out loud — DUH!), but for the most part, they’re friendly, theres a good selection and the sale racks are usually stocked of good deals. I don’t buy much from Tilly’s, but every now and then I find a nice Jem (and her rockstars).
