I stopped in today to see about selling some gold jewelry I don’t wear. The person working, I’d guess the owner was helpful, kind and actually encouraged me to keep my pretty jewelry. I would reccomend checking out this place if you’re interested in coins or selling gold or silver.

I wanted to introduce my nine-​year-​old son to collecting gold and silver so I suggested that he convert his piggy bank money into silver bars.
When I called Pacific coin exchange a nice gentleman named Brian answered the phone and informed me that they were CLOSED. Much to my amazement Brian told me that he was willing to wait over 20 minutes while I drove across town with my son to get there.
Outstanding customer service! I won’t go anywhere else.

I buy some precious metals a little at a time, usually on ebay because it usually costs a little less. I was surprised to find the silver bullion eagles for sale here for less than I could find online. I drove over and found a clean modern shop with coins on display behind a bullet proof glass wall. even with california sales tax, it was less than I could find online. Good experience for me and I imagine I will make a few repeat purchases in the future. I believe it’s important to support businesses in our area who do business the right way and this dealer impressed me with his price and professionalism.

I was looking to sell a couple of my silver coins and called around a few coin shops to see what I could get for them. Several places I called seemed like they didn’t have time to spend with me and were quick to get off the phone. When I spoke to Pacific Coin Exchange — they were helpful, patient, and seemed generally interested in helping me. Needless to say, I got a mini-​education from them in store and I was very happy with the price I got for my silver. I would highly recommend them for anyone who was looking to buy gold or silver or interested in selling it.
