Good food. Fresh and tasty. I’ll be back for sure. They serve anything from cold, deli style sandwiches to hot subs, salad bar, soups. Great local deli located in a small business park off of El Camino Real and Faraday.

I would recommend this place to anyone. They have a lot of options, are fast, and taste pretty good too. You won’t regret trying to Pickle’s!

HORRIBLE! You know when you’re really hungry and you can’t wait to enjoy a delicious sandwich. Well I thought wrong. I ordered a turkey and pastrami with extra meat and they literally gave me 3 slices of meat. Cheap, cheap cheap!!! I mean really? $ 10 for a sandwich with 3 slices of meat? I don’t know where you grew up but I can take my same $ 10 and go to Subway and get a better sandwich. When I pay $ 10, I expect a sandwich stacked with meat, not a prison sandwich. If you want an overpriced sandwich please go to Pickles. If you would like to be satisfied, go somewhere else.

Today I had the Western Vegetarian. Unable to describe how wonderful it was. I was not super hungry but I ate EVERY bite. Bread is killer and they put just a perfect schmear of cream cheese on it, then a medium layer of sunflower seeds, cucumbers, red bell peppers and onions. UNBELIEVABLE. SODIVINE. Lady that I presume owns Pickles is very sweet too.

First of all, they have no restroom. ‘_’ Second, they don’t listen to your order — even after telling them 3 times. Third, the«manager» is super confrontational and rude(I didn’t even ask to speak with her, she just rolled up behind me when I was asking the girl who made my sandwich a question) & they care little about customer service. Fourth, food is def not worth the hassle. Don’t waste your time.

Prices are a bit high for the quality of sandwich, but the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Great local deli. Stopped in today for my first visit. I work right across the street and figured I would check it out for lunch. Outside there are a few tables with umbrellas. Walking in, I was quite surprised at the size of the place. There is an ordering counter to the left and to the right a help yourself salad bar. They have a white board out front with the daily specials written on them. I ordered a cold turkey sandwich, which was tasty and a homemade chocolate chip cookie. My food was ready in less than five minutes. Great place if you are looking for your basic sandwich or salad for lunch. I will be going back.

First time ordering from this deli. I ordered a turkey, avocado with cheese and I literally got two paper thin slices of turkey that looked like pre-packaged deli meat from the grocery store and 4 tiny slices of avocado. I could have made a much better sandwich at home for a lot cheapier. I can’t believe I paid $ 7.70 for this samdwich.

Decent sandwiches and good breakfast options. Due to my early work schedule sometimes I ask for lunch options during breakfast hours and vice versa and they always accommodate me.

Pros: — Large space — Great outdoor seating — Friendly staff — Quick ticket times — Flavorful food Cons: — Too expensive for what you get(eight bucks for a drink and sandwich?! SERIOUSLY?) — Portions are tiny — Difficult to ascertain whether or not your food is actually ready I’m sorry, but I won’t be returning. Unless they drop their prices or increase their portions, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Not sure why the other reviews are so angry about the service here. Maybe I’m just an unfriendly customer who just wants to get a delicious sandwich for lunch and get on with my life. Go to the water cooler at the office if you want to have a friendly chat in the middle of the workday.

I really like this place. It’s nothing fancy — but wonderfully convenient for lunch. The foods tasty and provides a nice alternative to a lot of other(much less appealing) run-of-the-mill subway type lunch spots in the area. I really like the Veggie wrap and the Lentil Hummus Wrap. Vegetarians, take note! Lots of options :). I’m vegetarian myself, so that might skew my opinion to the positive side here. I love that i have so many things to pick from.

I haven’t been here in awhile but I remember the food was just okay. I ordered things that were hard to screw up and they were solid but not good enough for me to come back in a couple years.

I work nearby, so I get lunch from here at least once a week. Yes, they’ve changed ownership, so it’s no longer the old man in a wife beater but a lady named Ann. From what I can tell, they’ve kept the menu pretty much the same. This is a great deli to go to for healthy options. There’s not just one vegetarian sandwich but at least 6 – 8 choices. The Veggie Wrap is one of my favorites with the stretchy big tortillas that don’t fall apart easily and taste good on their own, grilled eggplant(to give it some«meat»), veggies, hummus(they have good hummus here), and slivers of all almonds that keeps everything from tasting mushy. I’m also a big fan of the Veggie Burger with a Garden patty and the cheddar cheese gets all melty and stretchy; they add hummus to it, which was a first for me and a genius move. My other standard is the BLT, especially on Mondays when it’s $ 4 – 5(a dollar or so cheaper than usual price). They use shredded lettuce and give you plenty of bacon that is soft enough that each bite, you can get a little bit of everything without pulling out the rest of the bacon from the sandwich. They make chocolate chip cookies fresh every morning. They have a daily specials menu for cold sandwiches, sandwich combos, and a hot plate like Chicken Vera Cruz or Spaghetti and Meatballs(with great super garlic-y bread) or Chicken Fajitas. They’re not gourmet, but they do have the simple home-cooked feel. They also have a decent-sized bright and airy dining area with patio seating and umbrellas outside. While some delis have 2 – 4 tables, they have easily three times the amount, which you could push together for big groups. There’s also a wall-mounted flat-screen TV that typically shows CNN on low volume and a table full of magazines/newspapers for you to read. The only thing I would be aware of is the bottled juice drinks… check the expiration date. I don’t think they move those items fast and I’ve had a SOBE taste really funky, only to find out it had expired last year. Hence the 1 star off.

Was looking to try out a new deli, and found pickles. I tried their«on the spicy side» sandwich. It was good, but not spicy. I’ll definitely be back to try something else; they seem to have a lot of fresh food available.

Haven’t tried anything else but the Lentil Salad and it’s GOOD! Mmm! My coworkers introduced me to this business park Deli. Owners are very friendly.

I’m here at least twice a week, during my lunch break. It’s walking distance from where I work and convenience is a big selling point for me. I’m big on eating healthy and there’s plenty of choices on the menu that are healthy AND delicious. I’m a big fan of the lentil rice bowl. I agree that the service is subpar. The owner recognizes me when I come in and is usually very sweet to me, but don’t expect great service if you catch them during a rush and they’re filling a big lunch order for pick up. I had them skip over making my wrap because of that once and when I reminded them about it and then asked for it to-go instead, since I ran out of time to eat it, they weren’t apologetic about it. You can compare the service to any NY mom-pop deli. You go there for the food, not the smiles.
