I’m a total fan of Jersey Mike’s especially since they are very involved in the community and philanthropy to various local organizations. We stopped at this location because it was the closest. This location is near the Lowes and in the same strip mall as several other eateries(i.e. Panera Bread, Noodles & More) and the gas station/car wash. We walked in and we were welcomed. We had an American Red Cross donation card which was accepted and we chose the regular sized Italian and Supreme cold sandwiches. These sandwiches packed a punch. The regulars are pretty much a footlong and we were only able to finish half. We got the combo to include a soft drink and chips for a couple dollars more. Self serve fountain soda station. Avoided the cookies since they are like crack, but the chocolate chip and the peanut butter cookies are bomb. No check in offer here since the ones down south normally get a free cookie. BOO! Nonetheless, great food and hearty sandwiches.

We visit this Jersey Mike’s at least once a week. We always had great service and of course great sandwiches, but the last two times this store seems like they want to rush you through making your sandwich. We placed our order and people came in after us and it seemed they wanted to take care of them first. Our sandwich wasn’t even made and they were rushing is to pay and before we got our sandwich the next group of customers were already paying and we had to go back in line to make our sandwich. The customer service has change and we will have to find another Jersey Mikes close to us. Very disappointed about their customer service. I would like to updated my review on Jersey Mikes customer service. I visited Jersey’s today and the service was great. The food was always great but felt the customer service was rushed my last few visits. Today everyone was patient and very nice. We will continue our normal weekly visits to Jersey Mikes.

I’ve been to other Jersey Mike’s, but first time here. Walked in an hour before closing and it was empty. The prep counter was extremely dirty with spilled fixings from prior customers sandwiches. I almost asked the girl to clean it off before placing my sandwich on it. She did scrape off the bulk of the excess but didn’t clean it. Not visually appealing. Bread was fresh. Plenty of meat. Thin slices of cheese. Fixings to your order. They always ask if you want it «Mike’s way». Translation: can we douse your fresh lean meat sandwich with a ton of oil and vinegar? Makes a healthy meal a calorie/fat bomb, and turns a crusty roll soggy. I alway pass on «Mikes way». The sandwich was good, and a better choice than Subway. This location is in a small retail center with plenty of other food choices.

I have never ever been to a Jersey Mike’s. Ever. However, I did receive a coupon in the mail, and co-workers are always grabbing it for lunch, so I thought– Why not, lets give it a try. I was very surprised. First off, they were very quick and efficient. This is a well oiled machine people. It is a super busy since it was around noon, in the middle of a work week. Through all that business, there were two of the employees in particular that were very personable and kind. And not just asking generic questions like– how is your day going? I’m talking conversation topics like– did you see the blood moon? Do you recommend any winery’s?(It worked its way into the conversation– it wasn’t a random creepy question). Either way, I literally walked out of Jersey Mike’s thinking– they hire the NICEST people! The sando– I order a regular, club sub, «mike’s way». Super bomb. I am not a sandwich kinda gal, and I will be back to order another. I LOVED the addition of the oil, vinegar, and spices to the sandwich. But beware, if you do not eat right away(within 30 minutes), it will get a little soggy.

I’m still trying to figure out what the appeal of this franchise is. The menu is pretty basic, and lacks imagination and adventure. I have eaten at this place twice now. The first time was a year ago. I got a tuna sub and I remember being confused and even not impressed. Today I ordered a Philly cheesesteak as my adventure. It’s good. Not anything that I will be craving anytime soon. The service was good and the food was good. It’s just a sandwich and I guess I was expecting more from the way people flock to this spot. I’m still not sure why the menu is skipping numbered items. Are those sandwiches on a hidden menu? I would go here again to eat if my friends wanted to eat here, and if the Panera next door has another line out the door and I have a meeting in an hour.

Jersey Mike’s is probably one of the only chain food restaurants I eat at. I tend to only eat at local restaurants because the quality of chain restaurants is usually a little compromised. But JM’s is dependable, fresh, and reasonably priced. I mostly frequent the one on Pal Airport because it’s next to my work and there are times when the line is out the door, but the service is always dependable here, and the staff is always efficient and friendly, even when they’re swamped. Any time I need to grab a quick lunch this is my go to spot. Only negative I can think of is the parking lot at this location is a complete cluster*#ck. They put in almost 10 restaurants and have the parking capacity for about 4, whoever was in charge of that should be kicked in the shin… hard

Fast good service. Team is super friendly even though they are always super busy. Lunch hour is hard to find parking but do offer indoor and outdoor seating.

Way better than subway that’s for sure. There’s a selection of sandwiches that are already created that you can choose from the menu. I’m sure you can create your own although I haven’t, I’ve just selected one from the options already listed. They could have more of a chip selection in my opinion. Once you select what type of sandwich you want the person at the front takes the meat and cheese and uses a deli slicer to slice them up. All the other ingredients are in front of you(lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles etc.) They have salads too. They could have more of a chip selection in my opinion. I did find ones that I picked up(salt & vinegar my favorite). Restroom was clean and I loved how they had a hook on the back door for your purse or bag.

The staff here is extremely friendly and efficient. The lines are typically 5 – 10 people long, but move extremely quickly. The sandwiches are always good, both hot ones(I like the Chipotle cheese steak) and cold ones(I like the club, #8). This has become one of my go-to lunch spots, as evidence by my 25+ check-ins here. Keep up the good work!

Meh, I’m not very impressed with this franchise. More or less, because of the nature of my taste buds I am more attracted to establishments that offer healthier options. I’m sure Jersey Mikes had some bomb meat laden sandwiches, and the portions are outrageous. All good things for the normal customer, right? I tried the tuna just and the thick bread roll was completely soaked through with the mayo/fish concoction. I couldn’t even get through it. Bleck… I’m good off this place.

Friendly staff welcomed me in and didn’t just slap my sub together and skimp on the good stuff like subway does. California Club was good. Service was good.

The food is mediocre. The price is higher than it should be. And the service is terrible. So the first time I ordered a turkey sub from this location, its ingredients were wrong. I let it go. The second time I ordered, the turkey had gone bad or something — the sandwich was disgusting and I had to tell the manager about it. The manager then invited me and a friend to come back on the house. We hesitated, but in the end, we went. The girl working there is incredibly rude. First, she was annoyed that the manager told her to comp our meal. Then she suggested that the manager only offered one of us the free meal. I offered to show her the email that the manager sent me, and instead of apologizing, she insulted her manager: «He is 55 and he’s had a long day. He forgets things.» — I don’t know, when I talked to him on the phone, he sounded friendly and reasonable. She then reluctantly made my sub, which was a chipotle cheese steak. After all that, she started asking me why the manager even invited me to come, and what was wrong with the last order, implying that there couldn’t have been anything wrong with it to justify this free meal. So yeah — she needs to relax a little. And the food is not even good. My steak, for example, was overcooked and dry. And the bread is nothing special. You can easily make their food at home. I’d rather go to any of the other sandwich shops we have in the area.

I’ve been to this Jersey Mike’s twice this week — once yesterday, and once today. It wasn’t by choice. I needed to pick up lunch for two people at a specific time, so I ordered online. Yesterday, I ordered with at least 1 hour advance notice, and today I ordered with over 2 hours advance notice. Yesterday, I show up to pick up the sandwiches and the cashier at the pick up menu had clearly not been trained on any sort of customer service. I gave her my name and told her I was there to pick up an online order. Without a word, she got the receipt and slid it over to me on the counter. She did the same with the sandwiches and then just stood there and stared at me. I had to ask her for my drink cups… she gave me one. I pointed to the receipt to show her that I ordered and paid for two, and she gave me another one and then just stood there, staring at me. No «thank you for coming» or «have a nice day» or even«don’t let the door hit you in the ass on the way out». She seriously didn’t say one word to me. So today I had to go back, and I was really hoping that the customer service would be better. I show up and there are three employees working the pick up window. Two of them are friendly and greet me, the other one is the same cashier from yesterday, and she does the same thing as the day before. But this time, she slides over my receipt to sign, one sandwich, and two cups, and stands there, staring at me. I tell her I ordered two sandwiches, and all three employees look confused and start looking around for another sandwich. I give the cashier my receipt and she stares at it. Thankfully, one of the other employees takes it from her, examines it, and immediately goes to make my missing sandwich while I fill up my drinks. I return to the counter and one of the more helpful employees has speedily made my missing sandwich(I hope it’s right, because there were specific requirements spelled out on the online order form — it wasn’t the standard sandwich). The cashier gives me the same blank look, and I ask her for my receipt back. She says she gave it to me. I remind her that yes, I did give it to her, when I needed to tell them to make my order correct. She continues to state that she gave it to me, while the girl who made my missing sandwich springs into action and prints a new receipt so I can be on my way. She apologizes for the mistake. The unhelpful cashier says nothing. I’ve been to other Jersey Mike’s and the employees have always been helpful and well-versed in customer service. SOME of these employees need a refresher on customer service, and quality assurance to make sure the pick-up orders are correct. I don’t think I’d return to this location by choice.

I need to be honest with this place. Now it might hurt a bit hearing the truth but when I first came in I wasn’t all that impressed. I thought to myself that it’s just a regular sub shop and their catch is that they are from Jersey. So what!!! All I could imagine was the cast of the Jersey Shore with subs in their hands. Well hot sub sandwiches, was I wrong!!! They have really delicious subs and their customer service is always great! A nice young friendly staff that is always smiling and ready to just chat about your day! The sandwich of choice for me is usually the tuna mikes ways with light lettuce and relish. Also, gotta love the fact that they open at 10am and not 11 like more places do! I usually start work at 12 and if they had opened at 11, it wouldn’t give me enough time to get my food, eat and then get ready for work, but since they open at 10, all they do is please a man’s heart and soul.

I gotta be honest, I found this to be a mediocre experience at best. It was evident that they were training new team members so I’m not gonna hold the slow service against them. Although I found it frustrating that the manager was hanging out in the dining room on his cell phone. Come’on dude… it’s the core of the lunch hour in a business district. I ordered a hot sandwich so my sandwich was actually completed before the 5 people in front of me. The guy came to tell me my sandwich was ready. I asked what I needed to do to pay… do I wait behind the people in front of me waiting for their cold sandwich to be completed or do I skip ahead of them. He said come over here and I’ll ring you up at the other register. I had to maneuver AROUND the manager who is oblivious to my existence and is standing in front of the register talking on his cell phone. I asked to make my sandwich a combo with a drink and chips. As he grabbed the drink cup he dropped it on the counter. He picked it up with his finger in the cup to hand it to me… YUCK! The sandwich was ok, but honestly they need to do some refresher training with the team if they are going to want repeat business.

This location of Jersey Mike’s should be renamed«Jersey Ken’s.» Today I went to check out the newest Jersey Mike’s and was impressed by the level of enthusiasm, efficiency and calmness displayed by Ken who was working the meat slicer. He enthusiastically greeted every customer and asked what they wanted. He was slicing and taking one order after another without skipping a beat. Despite a line out the door and down the sidewalk, he remained calm but worked expeditiously. I was not only impressed by Ken but others working the sandwich line. Everyone really had it together especially given the«newness» of this establishment. I walked in intending to order a turkey sub but the energy of this place prompted me to throw caution to the wind and get a #2 New Jersey Favorite which was very tasty. The bread and veggies were fresh and I love how thinly the ham, provolone and cappacuolo were sliced. I will definitely be back!
