Red Dot Audio Video

So over the years I have had a couple other home entertainment systems set up for me. To be honest I was disappointed both times. Things never seem to work correctly and when I would call to have them come out and try to fix things it seemed like it always took forever and I was treated as if I was a pain. Things could not be more opposite with Red Dot. They were slightly more expensive than other bids I got for my most recent installation. However, it was well worth the small amount of extra money. Daryl, the owner over there, told me that although it may cost a bit more he would guarantee things personally and if anything came up there would be no hesitation to come make it right. This has totally been the case. The install went great and everything he said he could get done happened efficiently and skillfully. We even ran into some unusual issues with getting my receiver into the garage and having to run wiring through old construction walls and such. He was creative, ingenuitive and found solutions to all these problems. Since then I have had a couple very small issues and within hours red dot has sent out their technician Sam who fixed things immediately. Sam was also a big part of the installation and an amazing guy very knowledgeable. Overall I am very happy and would recommend these guys to anyone!

Red Dot is a great company and their team is excellent. We used them for our company AV and would highly recommend them. They stayed on schedule and on budget and communicated very well throughout the project.

Definitely use your « Unilocal filter» when reading reviews by people that have never met the company they are reviewing. I couldn’t imagine writing a review suggesting that others not use a company without any information about the company.
