Reebok Factory Direct Store

I love this Reebok store. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. Take today for example, Carolina was ringing us up and out of no where ask if we are AAA members. Hello, of course we are… Scored an extra 20% off our black Friday deals. It’s this type of customer service that keeps us coming back.
This store always has a decent amount of my shoe size (12) … I run always seem to find the style but not my size and never have I had that problem here.
I definitely love my Reeboks over some other high end brand shoes.

I went in there this week and service was terrible. There was 5 workers all behind the counter and none of them asked me if they can help us out. I had to get an associate to help me out. All the girls there were rude. I bought shoes because they were well priced and to our luck they forgot to take off the sensor. I had to drive back. I came back to have it removed and I didnt even get an im sorry or anything. Just a role of the eyes. Omg. Very rude. If they dont want to be there please leave the job for someone who really needs it and wants it. This is the second time this has happend. Last time i was given the same shoe. Both rights. They never checked to see if there was a left and right shoe.
Next time im going to Nike outlet store in same shopping center.

Unlike other shoe stores at the outlet mall, Reebok was great with their offers. They do not have «Buy 2 get 1 free» or «Buy 1 get 1 50% off» offers. All their sales were individual and awesome staff who were there to help. Asked for socks to try on and the lady gave me fresh pair of socks.

Has the best offer among the available shoe outlets (Adidas, Sketchers, Puma, Vans). Their usual buy one and get one for $ 19.99 is great and they have great shoes starting from $ 29.99.

I’ve been to this Reebok Factory store a few times now and I always find at least one item I like. I think that’s a win since usually, I have a hard time finding things in my size at outlet stores. The employees here are always friendly and they walk around asking if they can assist people which is nice.
Tip: if you sign up for text messages, they’ll often send codes for 40% off which is awesome.

I am a fan because they sometimes have great deals. The clearance rack doesn’t have enough good looking shoes on clearance, boohoo, yes, I’m whining. But, I’m always looking for great deals, good looking deals that is.

Now this is what I picture when I go to an outlet. This store delivers having items at low prices.
Definitely a better place to stop by for active wear. Good selection at a low price.
However, the shoe selection was disappointing. I was searching for high-​top basketball shoes. I was a bit shocked to see that I only had two options to choose from. I’d expect a lot more.

I love this store, and I try to stop in whenever I’m in north county. For a factory store they have a good selection of apparel for multiple sports. I’ve gotten great deals on tennis, running, basketball, and active wear. I’ve always found the customer service engaged but not smothering.

Prices are OK for an outlet, selection is pretty good — but the service is horrible. I think 6 sales associates in store — but only 1 seemed to be seriously working

I have bought several items here in the past. On this particular occasion, I came to check out the running gear and to see if they had any Charger jerseys in stock.
They have lots of selections and sales, but unfortunately, I didn’t buy anything. Although I was greeted, I wasn’t approached when shopping to see whether or not I needed assistance.
I wanted to buy a Chargers jersey and had to hunt a sales associate down. The two associates mentioned that they didn’t have any in stock. They didn’t check their inventory so I’m just going by their word. Not sure if I believe them or not since it’s barely the beginning of the football season.
Oh well… I’ll pay them a visit in another couple weeks I guess. So much for wearing a jersey during the preseason opener!
